- Badge714 replies to DESAL| 2 repliesAny court case is a matter of public record. DO NOT call that number back. Make a call to your City, or State court office. Just ask them if there are any pending cases against you. Make sure you use a number from the phone book when you call. Never a good idea to call a number left to you in an email, fax, text, or voice message.

- Melissa| 1 replyI just got a call from a local number with this as the return number talking about tax forms. Gave me a reference number as well. Seemed very scary but now it seems like a scam reading this.
- Christine| 1 replyReceived an automated message at work that RAG (what a great acronym) had a 1099-C in their office. They needed to speak to me about it before turning it over to the IRS. The number that they called from was a local number but the number to call them back at is (866) 775-7354. I'm suppose to give them my case number which is #19108. I'm putting it out there in the event this is a scam and everyone may have the same case number. Haha.

- Reneta| 3 repliesI got a call from this number and the lady indicated that a credit card company that I owe money to was in the process of garnishing my wages and putting a freeze on my bank account. She suggested that I needed to close all my bank accounts immediately. She said paperwork was already sent to the HR department at my job. Then when I told her my HR department had not been contacted she said they must have sent it to my old job. What's crazy is this same lady was calling me about the credit card a few weeks ago but it was a different company name(Element Global Services. I believe this company is not legit because she called my aunts house giving out personal information concerning a debt she alleges I owe. She told my aunt there was a lawsuit against me and that I needed to contact her. She used the name Carol. It's like the same people keep calling about this debt but they keep changing the name of their company. I believe they keep changing the name because people keep reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

They also called my son's phone and left a message stating there was a court case pending to retrieve money owed to an alarm company. They took 362.50. Scared me with freezing my bank account and any other assets. Stated they would garnish husbands wages. Reported to attorney general consumer protection and my bank.
