    I am surprised that it has taken them over two years to send out the shills to attempt damage control.  But then, they have been busy defending themselves from lawsuits and texting people who have no debts to collect.
    Will be interesting to see if "Rose" ever responds to your request and what "she" has to say (but I will not hold my breath while waiting).

    Constantly getting text and cant block them sayint I owe Spectrum. I don't even have Spectrum.  It state call MRS. BPO LLC

    Have been getting numerous text messages regarding spectrum.I just got spectrum and am all good accounting wise.Glad to read other people’s comments.I know better but it just helps.

    My mom was receiving these texts. I thought she'd gotten a letter, but when I saw it was texts I was immediately suspicious and googled the number and found this page.  Like some other people, my mom thought it was from a previous account with Spectrum.  SCAM!

    Well, it is a debt collector so I guess until you talk to them you will never know if it is "legit".  Everything else that you need to know has already been posted.
