hey i am getting the same number callin me sayin i have a loan and if i dont pay the loan they will have me arrested i am looking at my phone as i typing they r f**ckin call me dis is harassing  11 times wow

Now he is going by the name William Hunt.  He has an extremely thick India accent and I could barely understand him.  He's broken numerous debt collection laws (calling at 6:00 a.m. and calling non-stop.  Can you say harrassment)?  He's a SCAMMER!  Same script "you or your retained attorney need to return my call as soon as possible.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.  Now, if you don't return the call or I don't hear from your attorney either (or as he pronounces it..edher), then all he can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds upon me".   I pray that something unfolds upon or falls on him.  He's a complete joke!

A message was left at my place of employment to call Stuart Miller at 866-812-2623. When I called back I was told to hold a moment and I could hear a lot of foregein people talking in the back ground. When the guy came back on the line he said that Stuart Miller was unavailable and that his name was Robert Davis and that he was Stuart Miller's supervisor and he could handle the matter for me. He proceeded to ask me what number did I receive a call at which I would not give him. I told him my name he then asked what state I was in and I told him Florida he then said that he was representing US Cash Advance and that I owe them $2000. He said that if I did not give him the money today (6/28/11) that I would be arrested the next day (6/29/11) at 10:30am. I said that if I did owe money I needed proof because I had been scammed before. He proceeded to tell me that they were a ligitimate company and once I paid what I owe he would send me a letter said paid in full. I told him that I had never borrowed $2000 from this company he said that I had borrowed between $300 to $400 and the rest were the legal fees. I kept asking him to provide proof and he continued to talk around the issue. And said that if I did not have the $2000 the company would settle my debt for $1500 and would give me until 1:00pm the next day (6/29/11) to pay it. He also stated that if I did not have the money I needed to find someone to borrow it from. At the end of the call he asked what time could he call me back the next day regarding this issue and I told him that I would call him back regarding the matter. I was told that I could call him back on his direct line at1-877-516-9379. I have been receiving calls from these people for months and they all sound alike with foregien accents making threats that I owe them and if I don't pay that I will be arrested. There's got to be something that we can do to stop these people once and for all.

Calls started 6/28. Asked for my name, and address. I asked who they were calling. He said they couldn't tell me. What?????? Continued to call, including 8:33 pm EDT 7/5/11, saying my credit would be ruined because of this debt. What debt? I asked. Who are you calling. He hung up.

I received call from Ramon Scott of the same address of 1401 with a different zip of 32416. My boss and myself told him to not call anymore also reported them to the FTC. They also called from phony 911 numbers and my desk number (must have not known it was my desk number) trying to scare me as well.
