- No replies to SUSANYou probably didn't mail it.
- No replies to SUSANYou're stupid if you expect people to prove they don't owe the bill. You are so stupid.
- Elspeth replies to susanWorking in collections and working in a scammy boiler room operation - there's a world of difference and you are on the wrong side - the boiler room side.
- No replies to susanyou're wrong. Again.
- Wa50 replies to MJGMJB did you notice how Susan's post above your post, is much better written, than Susan the shill other posts. Could it be a U.S. collector/her employer helping her out?
- Astrolyre replies to Tribble| 4 repliesI ignore them, too. I never returned the call to the medical debt collector. No doctor or hospital ever sent a bill that went unpaid. The 'debt collector,' themselves, never even mailed a bill! They'll have to do that first before I can do anything. The 'debt collector' stopped calling after about 5 years. We just don't do business on the phone with strangers unless the matter has already been initiated in writing through the mail like normal businesses and government agencies do. Scrue the bogus debt collectors!
- susan replies to Astrolyre| 3 repliesthe bills are always mailed people just ignore them and throw them away... your insurance company sent you an explanation of benefits... it is the debtor's responsibilty to keep track of their insurance benefits... when do you ever go to a hospital or Dr and not owe anything... if your credit card statement or utility bill gets lost do u not pay those?
- The scam replies to susandebt collectors refuse to obey the law and mail the bills ....
- PookieOokie replies to susanGag. I have dealt with this company. Do they like to live in Buffalo? Because they seem to congregate there. Maybe their brains are frozen. This company NEVER returned that little itty bitty green paper saying they got my letter and they never validated the non-existent debt. Yes, I trust everything this company says. Can I gag a second time? Learn to speak and write English. Creepus
- MidNYteStorm| 25 repliesIt is new day and another chance to focus on legitimate comments.
Have a good day everyone. - PookieOokie replies to It won't be on...| 1 replyUnless they are really creepy nasties who put it on your credit report when they are not permitted to and then you have to dispute it and get it removed. Oh yes, I know this company well!!! They did this over an ambulance bill that was paid off on the first invoice after the insurance paid and even though we had the proof. When they hire people they prefer that their intelligence quotient be in the negative numbers. Creepus.
- PookieOokie replies to WolfmanJackGee, I am probably on that list of complaints!
- PookieOokie replies to susanDuh, oh brilliant one, I don't owe anything when my insurance has paid 100% of the contractual amount. So, yes, you can go to the Doctor or Hospital and not owe anything. Wow, you must be great at your job. By the way, are you susan or SUSAN? Creepus
- Astrolyre replies to MidNYteStorm| 24 repliesGood suggestion 'MidNYteStorm!'
Still, the posts from shameless shills do give us some insight into their thought processes, intelligence levels, and moral development levels. It's good to know what you're up against when antisocial fraudsters are preying on you - even if you can tell that they're ignorant. - Elspeth replies to PookieOokieThat's a good point - scammers and scofflaw debt collectors have been known to place bogus debts on reports. Unfortunately, often that means that the consumer actually has to pay a lawyer to send the credit bureaus a letter stating that if the bogus/paid off debt isn't removed, the bureaus will be sued.
- PookieOokie replies to Astrolyre| 23 repliesOh my, your words are too big for the shills to understand!
- PookieOokie replies to MJGI wonder if she commutes.
- Kayla replies to PookieOokie| 22 repliesThis company is for real I had a debt for my college tuition, also had a medical debt there. I'm glad they did call because it was getting ready to be reported to my credit. Just sayin I would not ignore their calls.
- MidNYteStorm replies to Kayla| 12 repliesI have an easier time believing that toaster have wings in order to fly.
