There's another number that uses this same method but it goes by Jullian Louis and the reference number is 033911. The number they want you to call back from is 1-866-720-5656. It has the exact same service line with the 4 options they list.

They’ve moved from Jennifer to Elizabeth. I’ve gotten Jennifer once in the past too. Message left - “Yes this is Elizabeth Miller and um I'm calling in reference to your federal student loans I need to discuss your repayment options with some new _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠⁠_ affect recently so if you could please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-291-9889 and um I'm going to your reference number if you would please have the _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ when you call back that'll make things a lot easier your reference number is 055509 thank you

I got the same call. Different ref number. I don’t even have any loans of any kind. Thought it might be a scam. Googled. Came across all your comments. Thank you so much for this!

I also got the exact same message. I don't have any federal student loans. Scam.

Looks like there are more Miller's.  I just got one from a Shirley.  Still the same spam.

Same as everyone has stated above, with same exact reference number. These robo-callers are getting tricky, as this person sounded like a real person and not an automated recording or someone reading a script, made it very personable and weird.
