Jose, you are right. they don't give a [***] what is written hear. If you want to tell them something, it is as simple as picking up the phone and telling them you ignorant american [***]. The do not call list doesn't apply to you all because you already have an existing business relationship with them (the fact that YOU walked into THEIR dealership and puchased one of THEIR cars. and that YOU go in to THEIR dealersihp and have your vehicle serviced there.), if you read the details for the 'do not call' list, you will see that. For anything there are rules and exceptions that everybody must be aware of.

This dealer has called me repeatedly after I explained to them that I don't even own a Nissan. How did they get my number? And they have the most ANNOYING commercials ever!

I saw this on my missed call list on my cell and typing in the # brought me here. Doesn't look like they left me a message.

I purchased my Nissan last year and this is the first call I've gotten despite having it serviced at a dealer several times since then *shrug*

Has anyone actually answered this and found out what they want? Is it a recording?

ps - you people asking not to be called anymore are morons...not only does Nissan not check this site, how do you expect them to stop calling you when all you give is a forum alias? Durrrrr.

    Jen,
I have answered their calls on several occasions and explained to them that I don't own a Nissan and told them to stop calling me. And no I'm not a moron, I don't expect them to read this webpage.

I do own a Nissan, however when my phone rings from this number the Caller ID says "Not Provided".  If I don't know who is calling I don't answer the phone.  If someone from Nissan is reading this you need to insure your calls are identified, as I imagine most people do what I do, check the Caller ID and refue to answer unknown calls.

I just answered the phone call rather than dodging them, I told them to not call again and they were very polite and understanding. Don't complain on this site as it does no good, just talk to the people calling you and tell them not to call anymore!

    Yeah, this is Nissan.

How about they stop calling and sell cars with normal air in the tires instead of the Nitrogen Tire Scam.

I am like the rest of these consumers. A guy called about Nissan Service and had no clue I had my car serviced. Seems to me that Corporate and the Dealers are not on the same page ie computer.

Just got another call from this number. Usually don't answer them but am sick of all the scams so I'm answering them all. They were calling on behalf of Sheehy Nissan of Manassas trying to get responses on the service we received. I told her we get too many messages on our machine and that we're not interested, she said she would make a note of it. hopefully the note said "don't call anymore, woman of the house was mean". This girl who makes the calls sounds like a robot.

Getting off any call list takes up to 30 days so just tell them that you dont want to be called and if they call back simply remind them, without being a jerk about it, that you requested not to be called.  My experience is that if you dont answer, they will keep calling so just pick up, say please take me off your call list, and that will be the end of it. I understand the frustration but theres no need to be uncivilized about the issue, they are just trying to do us a favor by reminding us when our vehicles are due for service and the lady I spoke to when I called in was very polite about taking me off the list for my vehicle that we recently sold. I dont see why people cant appreciate when someone tries to do something nice for you. Oh well. These people are just doing their jobs and if they get the information wrong, it happens...information gets mixed up between corporate offices and third parties all the time. Give them a  break folks!!
