I'm one of the idiots who has to make these calls. All of us feel bad for bothering people. If anyone else stumbles onto this page, the easiest way to get rid of the calls is to identify as the customer or a primary driver/maintainer of the call, and ask to be put on the do not call list. Those exact words. If you don't identify yourself or hang up, we're instructed to call you back within the week. If you say anything other than Do Not Call (I'm not interested, I go somewhere else for my oil changes, etc), we have to call you back 3-6 months later. Fun fact, if a human or an answering machine doesn't pick up, the system calls back every day for 3-6 days, which is probably why some people get so many calls.

Some of these people need to learn how the  FED DNC list works.
Complaining here does no good. Site is for information about calls received only. Their post is anonymous so nobody would know who to take off.

My CID said Out of Area so at least I found out it was Nissan. No Message was left on swearing machine.

I got call tonight.  Yes we have a new Nissan.  I could not understand what the person was saying.  Phone connection was horrible and her accent was so thick, there was no way I could understand her...even after having her to repeat herself numerous times.  I then asked if she could email whatever she was calling about instead and she said she would.  She even had our email address...that is all I could understand her say.  Never got the email though...so don't know what she was calling about. Should I call Nissan and inquire?

Keeps calling!!!!  Left a voice message saying from Nissan.

Call 7:17 p.m. 10/6/15 - Didn't recognize, didn't answer, no message left, assume telemarketer.  Call ID said MCI Conferencing.

Maybe then, but not as of Nov. 2013. The old pre-existing relationship allowance became history.

I was sure that this call was one of those extended warranty scams. I got a  good laugh to see it was legit about the Nissan I just bought!  Nissan needs a new script and better employees for whatever they're peddling. I could barely understand the caller - both a heavy accent and talked really quickly.  I just said no to everything and wrote down the number to report the scam.

Message from Nissan - I think it was some type of reminder but could not understand what the caller was saying (Strong foreign accent).

I never answer 'Toll Free Numbers".  Legitimate companies should have their name appear on a persons caller ID. Then more people might answer.

Nissan of North America calling to remind my wife that her Nissan Versa is due for a periodic inspection. Good call. We will call the dealer when we are ready for the inspection. Really, the dealer should have this responsibility, not NNA.

Received several hang ups from this #. Decided to answer call today. After responding to questions, felt like it was the "say yes" scam.  Not at all comfortable talking to anyone anymore because of scams. Calls are pure telemarketing for Nissan. Will say "Place me on your do not call list" if called again.

Got several calls from 866 840 9226.  The callers speak very broken English and claim to be from some car seller.  I asked repeatedly to be taken off their list but they keep calling.  VERY ANNOYING

They won't stop calling me about car servicing opportunities. Driving me crazy.

I did not verify any information with them when they called.  They should already have information needed.  Funny thing is I have already scheduled an appt. for oil change and he was trying to schedule me at another time.

I got a call from that number regarding a service check on my 2014 Nissan Sentra, but I have a 2013 Nissan Altima. Whether this number is owned by Nissan or not, it appears to me that this is a scam.

Keep calling my phone. Never purchased a Nissan, maybe a person with my number before me did.

They’ve called me a few months ago, not sure if it was this number but From Nisssn North America. Says I bought a Nisssn a few weeks ago and wanted to variety information. I did buy a car but it was a few months not weeks ago. And now they called me from this number, the woman is very hard to understand, this time she said she was from Nisssn North America and was just verifying my contact information and then hung up. I only said hello! I just called my dealership and and they said there is a lot of scams going on. Don’t give any information!
