Called. Hung up after only 2 rings.

I have received calls from the 866-841-7507 too. I answer and nobody speaks. They also do not say anything if I let it go to voice mail. I called the number back and someone answered. They said it is a courtesy call. I told them to remove me from their call list. They said they would and it will take 10 days. We'll see.

Received 2 calls from 866-841-7507 back to back - luckily I google the number and saw the posts.  no way I'm answering that.  Waste of time!

it has called me many times and all it does is hang up.

If you call them back a recording offers to ad you to there do not call list.

I have also been receiving calls from this # - sometimes back to back, but pretty randomly.  I answered once and no one was on the other end.  They don't leave messages.

I returned this missed call from 866-841-7507 which answered with "Promotions Dept., please hold".  I was on hold for several moments and decided to hang up and call from my *office* phone.

This time I got the same voice answering immediately.  I asked who/why about the multiple call I've received from the number. "Oh, that's the cell phone division calling you about various offers."  I requested that I no longer receive these valuable offers.  "Ok, I can do that."

I guess I'll see.

Called around 8 pm and hung up.

I called and had an answer. They took me off their list.

I just received 2 back to back calls (13 minutes apart) from this number. I'm on a do not call list and have never received unsolicited calls. I called back, thinking it may be about an online purchase I made for a Christmas present. A woman answered quickly though I couldn't make out what she said other than please hold. I was immediately put on hold with Christmas music. I hung up and found this website - strange!

I received a call from this number today. A sweet-voiced woman claiming to be from Verizon Wireless [my carrier] asked me to confirm my street address and social security number so that she could tell me about some promotions for which I qualified.

Wow, people on this site get pissed over silly stuff.  I found this site while trying to figure out where this call came from.  When I found out who it was, Verizon, I answered the phone.  They upgraded my $350 phone into a $550 phone for free just by adding a year to my plan.  I have no intention of leaving verizon so it was an easy deal to make for me.  Thanks Verizon.

I've received 2 calls from this number and they have never left a message.

I got a call from this number on the 7th and today.  When they called on the 7th, it was a man who said that he was calling with promotions for a cell service.  It sounded like he was fishing for personal information. I didn't answer today, and Googled it to find this site.

I received a phone call from this number. i didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail so i called it back. they said "program headquarters, please hold" and then i was put on hold. i hung up and called back immediately and they did not put me on hold. i asked why i received a call and they said it was a company called Minnix (sp?) and they were calling on behalf of my service provider with promotions. I told them i wanted to be removed immediately and she said she would do that. We'll see if i get anymore phone calls from them. I will be LIVID if i do.

Someone or something called from this 866 number today, and I figured if it was someone worth talking to I'd pick up if I heard a familiar voice leaving a message on the answering machine. Low and behold, they hung up as soon as the answering machine picked up. Annoying idiots!

Someone called my home phone today from 866-841-7507.  Didn't leave a message but this is a private telephone number and I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.  I tried calling back and got a voice mail (lady) and hung up.  Any clues who this is?

Rang in. Hung up. No message left. Caller ID said NOT PROVIDED.

I called this number back. It is a Verizon Program number. They are calling to offer products. I asked them to stop calling and gave them my number. She said she would put me on the "do not call" list.

I picked up the call and no one would answer or was on it.  There was a connection and as long as I held the phone, the connection was still unbroken.  I have gotten these several times and wish them to stop.  I am on the do not call list.
