    Here is the workaround
    Do CTRL/ALT/Delete
    Start taskmanager
    Go to Process
    Kill a Process called Wimbledon.exe
I have not figured out how to get rid of it yet, but i got control back of my pc
That is not a true Bluescreen of death, its a picture

Not sure if this is it or not.  Uninstalled AOL 9.8.1 Desktop and the blue screen no longer appears.

Also notice that every time I mess around with this screen, my Norton 360 goes crazy.  Who is this 866-848-6964 number that's listed on the bottom of the blue screen?  I called it once and was on hold for 20 minutes.  Finally hung up.

I am working on a friend's computer and was scanning with Norton's Security Suite when this blue screen with the error message came up. It has totally made it to where I can't do a thing...even after shutting the computer down. I was able to go to a second user account and get to the task manager before the blue screen showed up and there was nothing to shut down...so this idea is out the door. Any other ideas? BTW...I called that # and it sounded like a Pakistanian who answered. I kept asking him what company he was with and finally he said it so fast and with his heavy accent I didn't get it except for it was PC something. He then very quickly kept telling me he knows what is wrong and he can fix it. I told him NO Thanks and hung up. If I have to, I will just wipe it and start over...these guys should be hung upside down and nailed to the wall!

Same thing happened to us, but, the guy kept saying he was with Microsoft and was a certified Microsoft technician.  We didn't believe him either.  We hung up.  I guess we will try calling the real Microsoft and see if they can help.  For us, this is a real crisis.  We can't lose what's on there.  It's a business computer.

Its my brothers computer. CRAZY Blue Screen came out outta nowhere (but it's not really the real Microsoft "Blue Screen of Death") it's def some kind of virus. It won't let us do anything... nothing.

I'm not calling that number after reading these comments. I'm in the process of reinstalling/ recovering my brother's laptop.

Unfortunately these places tend to be based out of the country and that presents a huge hurdle when it comes to shutting these places down.
