Dont think that the debt collectors a people who dont know anything the more you try running away they will find you....instead you can talk with them and tell them ur problem and they will e happy to help but you think that they will harras you and you dont call back and so they get pissed off......
NEVER RUN AWAY FROM YOUR DEBTS FACE THEM AND THE DEBT COLLECTORS WILL BE THERE TO HELP YOU IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY

I got a call frm Bay Area Credit Services some guy named sam park cld and left a msg on my answering machins and he was not frm the us a i am asurred of this as he had a very heavy accent and he didnt spk the way normal people spk i dont know should i answer him or know and he was asking for some lady named SANDRS WARD no one by this name lives here .tell me some solution to stop these messages

be sure to read through all the posts for this ph#. it becomes obvious that the callers are monitoring these sites, and responding with agressive/intimidating posts.

based on their stellar knowledge of spelling/grammar, I'd say some of them are posting from behind prison walls.

when you google Bay Area Credit Services, you'll find at least 2 lawsuits  filed against them. also, Better Business Bureau (bet they can't spell that word!) gives this "company" a grade of F. It's on the BBB site.

these guys are desperate, probably part of a crime ring.

I let the answering machine pickup on these type of calls -- they leave no messages

They have called me several times at work. I don't know how they got my number. I have ask them to stop calling according to the Fair Credit Collection Act. But they are ignoring me request.

Solution is not worth it. You'll be waisting your time. I would recommend tht you should speak to them and try to figure out whats going on
