Here it is mid-December 22, and I just received the same cryptic sealed postcard -- the return address reads "IMPORTANT" (lol) and the salutation is to my first name, "we have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance.  Please call 1-866-853-8413" and showed the closing date of my mortgage, the loan amount, the county I live in and the lender.  Since my lender is very communicative, I checked on this before calling and found all of this great stuff, ensuring me that skepticism was not just all in my head.

Junk mail.   I guess you youngsters aren't smart enough to know that you should simply throw it away?

For the mailer that's true enough, but now they are not just mailing nonsense, they are robocalling as well while masquerading as people's actual lender.

The post I replied to specifically said "letter" so my reply was 100% correct.  I do have to wonder why you use multiple screen names to post though?  Is it because you are a known troll?
