Nobody knows who to go to or who to trust, because everything is based on a lie. The worst thing is Darren thinks he's invincable & can get away with his ruthless scandelous ways. He owes many thousands of dollars to people who have left the company. Once a person leaves, they block your e-mail, so you can't contact anyone within the organization.

It's very sad & frustrating at the same time, because so many people have put trust & money in someone who has taken (or stole) their hard earned money...and nobdy stops him :(

As much as I do not like handing out news that’s less than what we all want to hear, I must be the reluctant messenger. Please remember “don’t shoot the messenger”. Attached you will find a letter received from PMMRGold, Inc. regarding the delay in the program.  The Board of Directors of the Company has been advised by their German attorneys to re-submit the Geology report with a definite “Proven” status. I concur with this decision as much as it means an approximate 30-45 day delay.

I have spoken to the Geologist and he is prepared to supervise identifying 10 sampling sites and the actual sampling. A geology testing lab has agreed to accept 10 samples and return a gold analysis in 48 hours.  I will personally be in Baker City when the digging commences and if necessary drive the samples to Reno Nevada for assaying.

The Geologist is satisfied that his estimates of  the amount of gold are there in the ground but the CPA accounting firm by US accounting law must have “Proven” status on the assays to complete the opening balance sheet.  The accounting law in Germany commonly accepts “Indicated” as acceptable but it would mean getting the opening balance sheet done in Germany by a German accounting firm and that could mean at least a three month delay.

I agree that it will be much faster to do additional testing. The testing involves bringing a 500 excavator on the property.  They tried to do that two weeks ago and couldn’t move any other support equipment on to the ranch because it was just too muddy.  The actual digging requires equipment big enough to reach down 30 feet.  This is accomplished in levels and involves getting down 20 feet below the overburden to the pay zone which continues down for another 30 to 40 feet.  The digging is done in tiers.  Then a ton of material is moved to a shaker box and the concentrate (about 2 lbs) is assayed.  The operator believes he can dig two pits a day, so the process will take about a week.  Now we must wait until the weather cooperates.

Again I’m sorry we have a short delay, but the attorney’s believe that in the long run PMMRGold and obviously you and I will be far better off. I will continue to keep you all in the loop as I get updates. We will see this through to the successful completion of this project.

The purpose of this letter is to update you on the PMMRGold, Inc. mining project located in Baker City, Oregon.  Having reviewed the Geology report on the property, and on advise of German counsel, the Board of Directors have determined that additional sampling and assaying needs to be completed before going public.

As you know we are satisfied that the amount of gold on the property is addressed with accuracy by the Geologist.  Our attorneys however haven’t panned the property and been on-site when we sampled the property so they look at the project from the prospective of an outside investor looking in and have concluded that additional data is required to provide a “proven” status for the leases prior to going public.

The Geologist recommends we dig 10-12 pits down to bedrock, sample them, and have the samples assayed.  With this in mind, we attempted to pull equipment onto the property approximately two weeks ago to do the sampling.  We have an analytical lab lined up in Reno Nevada that can complete a gold content analysis in 48 hours.  We will be paying an up charge for the service but fortunately it is not that expensive.

For the past two weeks the weather has moved in and has gone from drying out the ground to snowing and raining.  We call it spring break-up, but by any name it is causing a delay. I will watch the situation closely and at the earliest opportunity begin the sampling process which will take a few days.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of this news but the delay will give us the best chance of a successful listing and IPO.  I will advise you when this work is set to begin and invite you to be there as an observer.

My elderly father was in a severe car accident years ago and won a lawsuit for about $80k.  He decided to invest to secure a peaceful retirement - he had just turned 70.  Then Gregory Carrington slithered into hi life and scammed him out of $60-80k.  My father is too ashamed to discuss anymore.  I tried contacting these crooks directly but as you all know it's like talking to a brick wall.  I just sent an e-mail to the US DOJ and asked if there is any cooperation btw the US and Canada.  Will just wait to hear now.  My parents - now in thier late 70's - could use the money like you cannot imagine!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am shocked this crook can't be arrested or his assests frozen.  Maybe we should write 60 Minutes or Dateline and film these crooks.  The last time my dad spoke about this mess with me he said he wished someone would kill GC - then said he wished he could just die he was so ashamed.

Yup - just go on the internet and you can find out that as of 2012 Greg Carrington is living in Vegas.  I invested same amount as you into Webnet and it's long gone!  He called me out of the blue and was almost convincing me that I could reclaim my money by accepting his gift of 'shares' on a gold mine in Oregon.  I don't understand why he isn't in jail if what I read is his track record.

You guys have no idea i worked for Greg in Abbotsford for almost 5 years i quit because i feared or my life with all the threatening phone calls and angry investors showing up and him hiding in his office until they left i cannot even begin to tell you of the scams i witnessed

Hold onto your wallet!  With his other failed ventures it looks like Darren Weeks has found another way to fill his own pockets.  He has more schemes than Wille E Coyote.

Sad to hear Greg and his cohorts aren't all in jail five later. It was unconscionable the way  Webnet bilked people in BC by carefully  hiring   commissioned sales people they could get to prey on their own family and friends, thereby taking advantage of a perceived loophole in Canada's security rules  which normally requires  those selling stock to be licensed. Greg couldn't have got all our money wired to his Las Vegas account without the help of  certain members of his trusty staff. Why did his sales staff continue to sell stock to friends and family once they knew it was all bogus?

I think everyone should show up for his trial and YES their are accomplices that should be accountable. I can't believe their are no assets to recoup!!

I think the tax man should put the rest of greg's entourage in jail and all involved!!!!!!! Put them all in the digger for  a year!

Meggie, I lost $30,000 as a single mom of 3 kids. I took it from my line of credit and still paying for it. Never seen my money again. I am sure I would be able to use it better for my kid's school education. That was my biggest investment and I would never give anybody this kind of money.

As choppy political waters rock London Mayor Joe Fontana locally, a charity he heads said it’s cutting ties with a tax shelter criticized by Canada Revenue Agency.

The embattled Fontana, under investigation by the Mounties for federal cheques used to pay for his son’s 2005 wedding reception, is chairperson of Trinity Global Foundation.

Last week, Canada Revenue Agency announced taxpayers participating in tax credit schemes will see assessments of their claims for tax credits placed on hold. The agency is targeting taxpayers who receive tax receipts for amounts greater than the amount they donate.

CRA records show donations to Trinity stood at $72,000 in 2008, the year Fontana joined it. By 2011, it issued $72 million in receipts for charitable donations.

That same year, Simple Financial Management of London, a neighbour of Trinity Global on York St., advertised on Kijiji that

Trinity investors could turn “as little as $500 into $27,000 of tax credits.”

Eleven months ago, Trinity Global partnered with Global Learning Gifting Initiative (GLGI) in a plan to distribute computer “courseware” to people needing to upgrade their education and job skills. Recipients of the courseware were to be the underprivileged and First Nations members.

Fontana has declined interviews about the operation of Trinity, referring questions to his son, Ugo Joseph, who is president of Trinity.

The younger Fontana told The Free Press that Trinity Global will not renew its one-year agreement with GLCI.

“We believe it’s time for Trinity to now focus its efforts on external grants and its many non-gift-in-kind programs.”

The grants and programs include helping to feed hungry children across Canada, protect children from the sex trade industry and support local food banks, he said.

In court documents, CRA has called the GLGI tax shelter program a “sham” intended primarily to enrich donors, rather than help those in need.

CRA has denied more than

$5.5 billion in donation claims and reassessed more than 167,000 taxpayers who participated in tax shelter schemes. A British Columbia woman, for instance, received tax receipts of $56,000 and $53,000 for a donation of $100.

“All gifting tax shelter schemes are audited and the CRA has not found any that comply with Canadian tax laws,” the agency said.

Trinity replaced Glooscap Heritage Society as a Global Learning partner.

Last month, Nova-Scotia-based Glooscap became the fourth former partner of Global Learning to have its charitable status revoked by the federal government. The CRA said Glooscap received nearly $25 million in cash and goods in 2008 and 2009, but only $900,000 was used for its charitable purposes as millions went to its promoters and GLGI.

After stories about the London mayor and his ties to Trinity, founder Vince Ciccone and its activities appeared in The Free Press in August, Fontana and Trinity served a “notice of intended action” against the newspaper under the Libel and Slander Act.

The CRA noted this is the busy selling season for such tax shelters and warned if taxpayers are offered a tax receipt larger than the amount donated, “it is very likely not a valid donation.”

The agency suggested taxpayers seek independent financial advice if they’re considering a tax shelter.

Darren Weeks recently shut down Fast Track Capital and the Tax Shelter he promotes (GLGI) was in the Toronto newspapers today becasue the chairty is in trouble for issuing receipts for GLGI.
