keep calling and leave weird voice message, i never do any business w these ppl, dont know y they know my phone number, it's really annoying. but i never pick up

I do not owe anyone any money, yet I have gotten 2 calls from 866 860 7443, on my cell phone, stating they are a collection agency from Scott Lowery Law Firm/Collection agency. I was not available when the calls were made, so they left a message. As I said, I do not have any debt, so I know this is a "rip-off". I do not plan to return the calls nor will I answer, if they call again. I can't imagine how they were able to get my cell phone number. I am very careful about giving it out, yet they managed to get it. I am thinking of changing the number.
