Called this number back after receiving voicemails stating that I was being served with certified papers.  I called with the claim number - but was refused GENERAL information and they wanted more of my personal information.

Got a call from them too.  Process servers don't give you warnings.  Thus, this is a scam.  Thought I would google the number to see if I could find anything, but NEVER, EVER, EVER give personal information to a stranger over the phone.  They were supposed to come by my house today.  Did not, as far as I know, and they didn't call me again saying they tried to stop by or were outside my door.  Call had "call center" noise in background.  BTW, if you are being sued, and they can't serve you, they can't "win" the lawsuit.  So, don't let them fool you into thinking if you don't give information there will be a default judgment.  Impossible.  MUST BE PERSONALLY SERVED.

Same deal with me as with Jen. Some jackwagon threatening to come by my house and blah-blah-blah. I say let him, my pit bulls have not eaten anything other than dog food in a long time, they might appreciate eating a two-legged pest for dinner.  

Wow!! This is crazy my dad told me a man by the name of Jason Williams called his phone in regards to me, but wouldn't give any information. When I called and spoke to Jason, he had a very nasty attitude and stated that I had civil litigation charges and blah blah blah. I was livid for the fact that I was totally confused and he knew way too much, even had the audacity to ask the last four digits of my social security number. Well first off I knew this was strange because not only was he unprofessional, he fed me a bunch of bull that didn't connect. Civil litigation charges aren't debt related for one lol Guess he thought I was dumb. Well whoever these idiots are, they need to be reported for harassment.

Yea, a guy named Michael Davis called my cell restricted and failed to say what business he was with—which was one red flag. He said I need to sign some papers because I've been served for a claimed which doesn't even sound legit. Not only did he keep calling me everyday ge falld my job leavn messages as well. I didn't qven bother to call the number he gave me to call because I know it's a scam.

I recieved the same call yesterday from A Micheal Davis, stating I had a claim against my name and ss #, and that he will be serving me on October 28th. I called the number back and was answered Hello not a business name or company etc, spoke to a Colin stated I had a claim and wanted my information and to take care of this issue, I had to sign papers. who do you report this too. I told him I was working and Ill call back i needed to go.

I have had calls the last 3 days from this Michael Davis saying that he will be serving me before 5pm today.  I called the 866 number and he had some very vague info about me.  My question to folks is that I am in central Texas, are all of the people that this Michael Davis is calling in Central Texas or elsewhere?  He leaves no info except for the 866 number and that he will be here and I need to be available to sign docs before 5pm today.  I tried to look him up and didn't find a process server named Michael Davis on Central TX

I keep getting calls from Michael Davis saying I'm going to be served this Friday between 3-5. I'm located in Houston so I'm pretty sure this joker is calling all over. The call came from a blocked number and he actually started yawning while he left a msg. I've been getting flooded with tons of spam calls the past couple of weeks. It makes me mad to see so many people dealing with this mess. Sadly a couple of years ago I fell for a scam like this...saying oh you're going to go to be served with papers at your job about a past debt and you can go to jail. I've never been in trouble in my life so I was scared...I made a couple of payments...the lady talked crazy to me about more money...I stopped making payments and nothing happened. But I will never fall for that again....they try to scare you to get your money. Who can we report this stuff to???

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I got a message From the same "A hole" MICHEAL DAVIS. Got the treating calls (only called my residence twice) stating he will come 2 my home & serve me papers. Gave me a CLAIM # BLAH BLAH BLAH!  I knew it was BS! The last message he left said he will come 2 my residence @5. SO I BETTER B AVAILABLE ON DEC 18TH!  YA OK ! just FYI 2 the ppl out there, DNT BELIEVE ANY BS anyone tells u on the phone. Really! It's called COMMON SENSE!

Got a call from Michael Davis telling me he needed to serve me papers between 3 and 5 on Friday, and would be at my job or my home with the police. I asked what it was about and he gave me this number 1 866-864-2594 and  claim number to call and find out. The man who answered (collin) told me this was debt related and that I needed to give him the last 4 of my ssn and my debit/credit card info to set up a payment plan. Googled the number and found all this, told them would not provide my bank card # and that I would contact the credit bureau to see if this was a legit debt. I will update if they show up on friday to "serve" me...

Wife got a call from Michael Davis saying he had legal papers for her to sign.  Told her to call the claim center at 866-864-2595 and take care of it and they would call him off?  Pretty sure process servers don't announce they are coming.  Called number, they answered the phone "hello, claims center". No business name or anything.  Got very nasty with my wife when she asked for proof.  Said they would settle out of court for $1800 and would not send her any paper work because she should have it already she said no and they reduced to $500.  She said send the him to the house.  Michael Davis called back today to tell her to be home between 3-5 on the 10th as he had legal papers.  Gave same claims department number for any questions.  I guess we will wait and see.  We are in Washington state so he is calling all over.  Will have my Sherriff neighbor here as well...
