I had the same too. Calling my house and my work stating I am being serve with a court order but never came. This is a scam. What you do, check the court house and verify the court case number.

This guy calls me and tells me i gonna be served. Well that never happened. I believe its a scam. And they keep calling. Why cant the feds catch these people? How hard can it be? Come in now. You can tell how they talk to you that its a scam. All they wanted from me was my debit card info. And thats it.

i got  a call from michael davis here in atlanta, ga, this guy has been calling, but i let it go to voice mail, his message was I'm michael davis i will be at your house to serve you legal papers. same m.o. this has got to be a scam, i called my attorney and she told me she's been getting a lot of calls about this same person michael davis, she called the number and samething alot of noise in the back ground. The person she talked to was not michael but a guy called himself gary and would not give the name of the company, she told him she was a attorney and the law firm, the guy hung up.  So let him come, i have something for his ass.  thank ga for new law!!!!!!!

It appears michael davis is calling in illinois! He'll see me thursday lol. If the bogeyman actually appears I'll let you all know. So I guess I wont be back cause he wont be here lol.
