It’s a Marketing Research company. I answered and heard an auto-recording.

It got my answering machine and hung up.   Number appears as "866-864-8920 TOLLFREE NUMBER," on Caller ID.

Caller ID is a joke WE PAY FOR.  I want to kick in the balls the phone-company CEOs and their paid-off lawmakers who allow these anonymous IDs and auto-dialers.

Let's find the PRIVATE HOME TELEPHONE NUMBERS of these millionaire telco CEOs, ring them up repeatedly at night, and hang up when they answer.

Only the number appeared.  Do not want this call.

Received a call 2x in less than 12 hours from this stupid number.  Left a message when I called back to take me off the list.  Hopefully it works.

Received a call from this number on my cell. Only the number appeared on the ID.  I didn't think we could get marketing calls on cell #s.  WHat an intrusion these calls are-I despise them.

This is a research contracter functioning through Wellpoint/Anthem BCBS. If you do not want to receive these calls anymore i would recommend calling their support lines and/or calling back the number. Registering on the goverments do not call list via www.donotcall.gov (sorry US only) will also alleviate this issue as it will be illegal for them to call you unless you have solicited them for your insurance (in which case you will be more likely to get a more promising result calling them directly as they will not want to lose a customer).

i do not know why they call again and again, there shl be some law to stop this stupid callers

I do not want this number calling me anymore.  They call twice a day, everyday.  When I answer I get no response and when I call the number back it's a recording about a marketing research company.

Call and hang up no answer when call back.

They have called me 3 times and the past 24 hours, and about time I get to the phone they hang up or they only allow it to ring 3 times.

Nighthawk is correct. This is not just any marketing company and it's not a recording. I avoided answering because I'm sick of telemarketers but I finally answered. It's Anthem asking your opinion on their customer service. They want to know if you're satisfied with the service you got the last time you contacted them. Believe it or not, if you're dissatisfied someone from Anthem's corporate will call you back (they did with me)and try to fix it.
The reason it sounds like a recording is because they talk in a robot-like fashion.

Called me twice in the last 2 hours. I've blocked them on my phone, but it's still annoying

It ran twice and when I picked it up it just hung up on me.  When I called the # back it said it was the Myers Group and independent marketing company.  It went on to saying that the called I got was because of one of their surveying machines has the habit of hanging up before a support person gets on the phone.

Called and when answered no response.  Repeated unwanted calls

If they want to get a hold of me properly LEAVE A MESSAGE. Don't just hang up. I won't call back if they don't leave a message.

Finally left me a voicemail. Says they're from Community Health Plan of Washington calling to make sure you're aware of all their services available to you...
