If this is a marketing call regarding Wellpoint/Anthem BCBS, it could be an illegal contact.  The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a suit against these two companies for merging, alleging that they are trying to corner the private health care coverage market.

Anthem Inc. and Cigna Corp. have accused one another of violating the terms of their merger agreement, according to a legal filing by the Justice Department, which is suing to block the health-insurance deal on antitrust grounds.

Google it and research.  They need to be stopped to keep hanging up the phone.
