Call & hang up repeatedly

I did not anwser call from this number.
they did not leave a message.

recorded message looking for someone else.  can't get them to stop calling.

Calls my mom's cell all the time. She doesn't ever answer. They don't leave a message.

always Call for my dad, even on weekend. Dont want to leave any message such as their name or company.

Called and woke me up at 8:00 in the morning on the weekend. When I called back they couldn't find my name or phone number in their system. The woman told me to answer the next time they call and they'll remove me from the list.

They call every morning at 6 am when I am not awake, nor do I want to be awake. Then this number will call again in the afternoon? They never leave a message and they always page me, which is really annoying when you are trying to continue the last few minutes of rest and your phone keeps beeping. What is going on?

Call all the time ten times a day and leave automated messages that are 5 minutes long and eat up my whole answering machine.

They called my cell phone and did not leave a message. When I returned the call, they were very vague about their name and company business.  Finally they told me they were IC Systems (collection agency) Legal Address: 444 E. Highway 196, St. Paul MN 55164.  They didn't know why they were calling me.

very rude debt collector. IC Systems. Has been calling repeatedly, using an automatic dialer, which hangs up leaving no messages. Don't answer this call!

This number calls me at LEAST 3 times a day & does not leave a message. They call all hours from early, early, early morning to late, late, late at night- including weekends. If this does not stop I will take a trip up to 444 E. Highway 196, St. Paul MN 55164. I would advise them not to call me anymore- this is fair warning.

They call me in streaks - Apparantly my old roomate gave my number.  I told them he does not live here, so it stopped for a while - now It started up again.  "Please hold the line..."  A company so rude that they call you even when they don't have anyone to talk to you!!  And keep calling back.  While I'm at work - VERY annoying

I have repeatedly received calls from this phone number. Since it is an 866 number, I do not answer the call, just ignore the call. It is a debt collection service. Once the debt is paid, then I hope the calls will stop.

I have repeadedly received a call from 1-866-873-1819 on my cell phone.  Everytime that I answer the phone the person on the other end ask for Susan and then hangs up.  This is not a case of dropped calls, as none of the rest of my calls are dropped.

When calling this number back the only thing I got was a recording stating that all of our representatives are assisting other customers please wait.  I held for several minutes.

866-873-1819 asked for my husband and then asked for me and then never a connection

IC Systems call a few times everyday.  I never answer and they don't leaave a message.  Annoying!!!
