just got a call from this number for the first time today.  by the time i ran to the phone (kids napping) they had hung up.  when i found out it is a collection agency i decided to call back, giving them the benefit of the doubt they are looking for someone who doesn't live here (we have no debt!) but all i got was "i'm sorry, we have no operators available at this time, please call back".  gee, helpful, thanks so much.  next time i won't bother answering and assume if they have something important to say they will leave me a voice mail.
