They have called my cell phone 3-4 times a day for the last four days.  My girlfriend answered once and asked them to stop calling and told them they had the wrong number but the calls continued the next day.  They sound like they are from a foreign country and don't speak English very well.  They ask for a Tamika and we have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number.

They have called my cell phone over and over.  Make it stop!!

They have called 15 times over the last 2 weeks.  I never answer, since I am always away from my desk. I answered one time and they asked for some girls name.  I just reported them to the FCC.

I've gotten 8 calls from this number 866 873 8507 in less than 2 weeks.  I've told them politely at first, not so politely now to stop calling but they still keep at it.

How can I make them go away?

Just got a call from them this morning. Glad I have Google Voice cause I can just block them or mark them as spam, and never hear from them again.

I suggest sending a cease & desist communications letter via certified mail, return receipt requested so you can create some documentation and prove you've indicated you wish them to stop calling.

You should also file a complaint with the FCC, FTC, SAG office, as well as their local BBB office. This way others can start learning of these practices and get this type of stuff in check.

This company is a pain in the butt. I have told them repeatedly that I will make my payment on the 20th because that is when I get paid. That date is within my due date period grace period. I have asked to have my payment due date changed and they will not because it's considered refinancing. They say they will note the computer that my pay date is the 20th and that I will be making payments on that date. They still continue to call though beginning around 8:10a the day after the payment is due. They call all day and I don't even bother to answer anymore because we have already discussed this issue several times. I just hit the "ignore" button as soon as the number pops up on my caller id. They are annoying.

this number keeps calling me, the first time i answered it they asked to speak to someone, i told them it wasn't me and to this day they still call. i just answered a call from them and they hung up on me!
