When Verizon will submit you to their brand of "customer service" you will be begging Sprint to take you back!

Just got a call from this number...I'm guessing Sprint again like always.

I got a call from them, took 17 minutes to take a survey with a lot of questions that seemed repetitive. I hope with that they will not call me any more, if they keep calling I will make it my mission in life to get all the executives phone numbers and have 5 million people calling them with [***] all the time.

They just called me again and didn't left any messages...

Recently dropped Sprint. They harrassed me on my cell phone before discontinuing the poor service. (They scammed me into extending my original contract which finally ended, but could not provide adequate towers to keep my calls from being dropped. I miss Nextel.) Now I am getting harrassed after 8:00PM at night by this number. It is most annoying to be awakened after going to sleep. They don't want to hear what I would say for the persistant, rude and indconsiderate calls.  My sleep is too valuable to me to lose it. Besides that, I don't do surveys.

Got a call at 7:38PM on 4/3 - no message left.  We have nothing to do with Sprint, nor do we want anything to do with Sprint.

My hubby just dropped Sprint, too. The calls just started last week. They call our number every night between 8-9PM, like clockwork. I never answer, and seeing what the calls are about, I definitely will not answer now.

I keep getting calls from 866 877-9830 with now message or anyone talking want it stopped.

I've been getting daily phone calls from this number.  they don't leave any message and will hang up when I answer.  How do I get this number blocked from calling me?

Caller ID said "unavailable", however, they did leave a message for me to call back at this number, I do not have Sprint and have never been a customer of theirs. Won't waste my time calling back.

received 2 calls on 2 seperate dates from this number. no message. i never pick up. WEIRD.

This really is Sprint. As a person that takes tech support calls for them, they really do survey a lot and it does impact the call centers.

I went through this with Sprint before. Any call to Sprint to try and change anything will lead to this annoying and many calls to get their survey.  I even got a text from them before wanting me to take their survey.  If they really do represent Sprint, they are making lots of customers irate with them.  I also don't answer calls from the unknown although I am thinking of answering and telling them to never call again which has happened before and did stop the nonsense for a couple of years.

Me too, I cancelled their 60.00 per month internet before my trial was up and they still tried to bill me 180.00 and said I had to wait until next month for them to get it straighted out. They really really really do, can't think of another word for it, SUCK. Don't ever sign anything with Sprint or you will be banging your head against the wall. I have cricket now and its 40.00 per month with NO CONTRACT, you can cancel any time and won't owe them 200.00.

My suggestion never answer 800 numbers.  If it's something important they will leave a message.
