- PinkaaOnly way to stop them to charge your credit card is call your credit card company to cancel your current card and replace with new account number. what a pain!!!
- justesen replies to PadmeI disputed my charge as well, the Rep at CITI bank called, we had a 3-way conversation, ending in my card would not be charged again. I cancelled my card anyway, lo and behold they still got me for another 79.95,2 weeks after the first charge of 79.95. CITI bank is almost as bad a scammer as clean whites
- screwedThese guys have charged over $500 in 2 weeks to our account. Wachovia will do nothing to help. The charges are being run in Cyprus so we are also receiving an exchange fee. I more ticked off at Wachovia for their lack of response, American Express would never have let this happen, than criminals being criminal.
- JennyMcCOn 10/5/09 I ordered a free sample of clean whites online, where I used my check card to pay for shipping only. After using my check card to pay for shipping, I received an authorization stating product on it's way and I have 14 days to cancel or I will be signed up for a monthly membership with them, which of course was in tiny print at the very bottom.
I received the product on 10/9/09 with order receipt stating ‘Your 14 day risk free trial ends on 10/19/09’. I had an asthma attack and went into the hospital on 10/13/09, and was in the hospital until 10/21/09, but I still remembered to call from the hospital on 10/19/09 to cancel the membership. I called clean whites at (877) 292-6892 to cancel on 10/19/09. Spoke to John who stated the membership would be cancelled and no further charges would be put on my account. I received the confirmation # from him. Received a confirmation E-mail from them the same day stating cancellation complete, keep the remainder of the trial and no further action needed.
Two days ago while checking my account I noticed the charge of $87.62 from an Ultifreshwell, and KNOW I did not authorize this charge. I called the # listed next to the charge (866-948-5508) which is disconnected and won't go through. I googled 'Ultifreshwell' since this is the name next to the charge, and found them linked to cleanwhites with MANY complaints about the same thing happening to other consumers and hundreds of dollars been taken out of their accounts fraudulently. I immediately filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and cancelled the check card so that no further charges could go through, but by this point 2 more from other companies were all ready authorized and just pending to hit my account, and couldn't be stopped.
Today while checking my account one of the charges of $79.95 from HealthCleans came through, with a different phone #. I called the # listed next to the charge (866-878-1512) and spoke to Pamela (Agent # 946) who stated that they are associated with cleanwhites and the 14 day trial, and even though the order receipt said my trial ends on 10/19/09, I had to call and cancel by 10/18/09 to stop that month’s charge. I told her this was unacceptable since I have paperwork that states ‘on the 19th’; I have a confirmation from canceling with John, and an e-mail stating to do nothing further. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to transfer me to anyone else. Every time I asked she said ‘They are not available at this time’, and that they couldn’t help me anyway because, according to her, I was late on my cancellation. I asked for clean whites corporate address so that I could send a complaint letter, and she said she couldn’t give it out, but that I could have their address (HealthCleans, 300 Northeast 62nd St, Miami, FL 33138).
I put through another fraud claim with my bank, but this whole thing has been a nightmare. DO NOT get sucked into sampling 'Clean Whites'!!!!- Caller: Clean Whites
- Chloe replies to Annie| 1 replyI got charged from this company. Every time I call I "leave a message" and never get a return call. Call your bank or financial institution and launch a dispute. They'll get your money back. They can also deny them from accessing or charging you for up to 1 year. PLEASE CALL YOUR BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! They'll fight for what's rightfully yours!
- Jeff B replies to angelathegrkI have had the same charges (0.99, $79.95 and $83.90) on my card from these crooks also. I contacted them with no satisfaction so I called my cc company which is Chase and they offer purchase protection so the 2 larger charges are being denied and no future charges will be accepted from healthclns. The agent at Chase seemed to know of the problems.
- cleatus| 1 replySame thing to me three charges!!!
- lynnie replies to ChloeI didn't even order a trial. I just got a "free sample" and had to pay shipping charges. Then they charged me 79.95 in unauthorized charges.
- shsh2424 replies to cleatusI also fell into this scam. I called the number that showed up on my bank statement and she gave me some bull**it excuse about how they don't offer anything for free they just offer a free trial and after the trial period is over, then we get charged for the product. Blah Blah Blah? After telling her that I was calling my bank to report them to the fraud department, she stated that she was going to refund $50 to me. That still leaves out the remianing $29.95. My husband ended up calling the bank, cancelled my card and ordered a new one. They said that I need to call and report a fraud claim and they would get my money back. Bank Of America, you better pull through.
Anyhow, did anyone actually use the product? I still have yet to use it and they said not to return it. If it truely works, I may still use it. - csguess i've joined the club. just got a call from my cc company inquiring about charges (very small, thank goodness) to my account from this company. phone is 18668781512. i actually spoke to a rep who told me "your call was routed to our number, but actually, you need to call 18772926892." hmmm. also got a charge from 18669485508. so now we have to get a new cc #. pain in the butt, but glad somebody's on top of this scam!
- Lightseeker| 4 repliesI am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for starters. My Target Visa card customer service wouldn't do anything except give the phone number 866-878-1512 to telephone about the charges for the products I told Clean Whites not to send me. I telephoned them at their advertised number the same day I placed the order online(or whatever the call themselves now - they have multiple product names) They are billing me for products I never received. Target Visa also put a hold on my card so no one can charge to it, including me, which is the only way I can stop any more charges from these crooks.

I mistakenly posted the non-working number listed on many billing statements. Appologize again for so much confusion. - teed off replies to heavensent4@optonline.netI too had a run in with Clean Whites, Dazzle Smile, and Dermapril. They jacked me for over $400.00 before I figured out what was going on. They took out $80.86 three times, $79.95 once, and $81.86 another time. I had to get a new debit card. They would not refund my money and it was stolen from my account. It also cost me $399.00 in overdraft fees.
- Facebook scamThey are doing this on facebook as well, they highjacked a friends account saying she bought the products and it worked great for only $1.95. NOW I HAVE CHARGES FOR $49.95

If you are legit business why did you high jacked SEVERAL facebook users accounts and then scam what looks to be HUNDREDS of people. - Lawrence QuindicaWas only briefed of the free sample which I received and was called to find how it was work and I told the per son I had not tried it yet and maybe would try after reading all the brochures and method for mixing the prodUct. Then several days nlater another tube arrived that I had not ordered and after reading the nomenclature was confused as to the use of the mioxture and decided there were too many processes to make this thing work or not. - veronica replies to Cleanwhites InfoI call 866 878 1512 and it is the right number, You are really confusing us all, is the second posting correct as well? And seems funny that you are trying customer service in this forum instead of dealing with us when we call and email clean whites directly
