They call every hour, sometimes more often.

this bill collector calls me at least 5 times a day. I have explained to them that I am on a pension and cannot afford to pay right now. They took $635.00 from my account this morning and now I cannot pay my rent. I am a 72 yr old female with COPD and just had to move for my health.

Call repediatly for somebody that does not live at my address.

Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling? I have them blocked with Mr. Number on my cell phone but it still irritates the #@$% out of me that they call EVERYDAY since October 2012. I am very close to getting a bullhorn and blowing it into the phone next time. I don't owe anyone anything and this is a brand new phone # for me.

Ok I phoned them back finally and asked why they called me every day and they say they are calling for someone named Cassidy (not me). I told them that was not me and he said he would take the number off the list. Fingers crossed. Maybe this is all you need to do.

This is still a Collection Agency - they have been calling for the same person for over a year, we don't know the person they're asking for, so nice of him to give our number for these guys to keep calling (multiple times a day!!).  I've asked our number to be removed and it works for about a month and then the calling starts again.  So frustrating!

I get the same. They ask who I am and I ask who they are looking for - this in itself was an argument. I told them look you called me so why are you asking me who I am. The first step in a scam is to get the person's name. Anyways they are looking for someone else.  I complain and they stop for a while. What is strange is when they start again they are looking for someone different! If you have an Android phone you can add to the reject list :)

Those idiots call everyday for past few months on my new emergency cell, which I haven't given to anybody! Doesn't help to explain that I'm not a person they are looking for, so I just hang on all incoming calls, not to waste my minutes answering some persistent dummies, who cannot even track to whom the number belongs to now.

Your new number is someone else's old number.  Your pests are looking for the person who had your number before you got it.  

Ask your phone company if the calls can be blocked.  Or put the numbers in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls, but it will make them easier to ignore.

They call with respect to a Direct Energy Account that does not exist when they provide the account number.  I checked with Direct Energy, and they do not have this account number associated with my name and further more, my accounts have been closed for over a year from Direct Energy and there is nothing outstanding.  The caller was very insistent that we paid them and not Direct Energy.  They give me a call back time and number, I called and nobody answered. The next time they call, they will need to of a 3 way with me and Direct Energy literally and figuratively just so they know they are f***ed.  If they refuse, then I will ask for a physical address.  In Canada, they will see the RCMP, if outside, then they will get the message "Thank you for calling, please come again." using a Quick-E Mart accent.

wierd!!!  caller woke me up this morning, never left a message.  called numerous times throughout the day until they reached me.  Kept me on hold about 5 minutes waiting for an operator to "address an urgent business matter!"  Finally 'Angelina' came on the line, asked to speak with .......  asked me if I knew him, when I said yes i did she asked if I could give him a message that he needed to call her by 10:21am tomorrow!!!!!    thx for giving out my number as a contact!!!!!  (FYI. they were looking for my ex-husband)

Called, representing themselves as Enbridge Gas to my wife, would not talk to her, demanded to talk to me.

I called Enbridge and they had no record of any calls to us.  I reversed lookup the number to find it is a collection agency.

up to 3 calls a day for the past 3 months....finally talked to a Sukhvira Narwan ext 11002 collecting bill from BC Hydro who said the only way to stop them from calling is to pay the bill.......never had a hydro bill in my name.

I have this number call me 3 times a day . everyday for the past 3 weeks. 10 in the morning 9 at night. SUPER ANNOYING. they ask for Bobby Joe. and I am definatly not bobby joe. I have told them that but they insist on calling and calling.

I think these people sell your number if one makes a mistake and answers a call from one of them. I did that & now I am getting calls from other numbers. The latest if from 886-887-0751. These numbers call just about every hour. Harassment. Invasion into a person's life. Why can they not be STOPPED!! One can complain about them in posts like this, reporting the numbers, but the calls just keep coming!

They don't leave message just keep calling.. How am I supposed to call them back if I don't know who's calling? And why there calling?

They have been harassing my parents house for days even though they have my cell number. I didn't even cause the debt it as my abusive ex
