these people keep callin my phone looking for someone else...i have a pre paid phone and these are gettin expensive...i jus called them on my house phone an finally got to talk to an actuall person...i told her my phone num. and that i would sue the [***] out of them if they keep callin... we will c how it goes...anyone know what i could do to get them to buy me some minutes as they have cost me at least $20 in minutes

The amount of bad information being given is astonishing. All of you mini-lawyers need to seriously stop handing out advice. Every other post that I have read that talks about the "law" and FDCPA is flat-out wrong.

This number keeps calling saying they are a collection agency.  I tried to call back and it said that I can't call this number from my area

I just called them and they said it was for someone I didn't know. They stated they would remove my number...hope it happens

This number has called me more times than I care to remember!  They are looking for someone who does NOT have this number.  When I tell them to stop calling this number because it does NOT belong to this phone number, they get very nasty.  I have told them numerous times to stop calling looking for this other person.

i answered their call at 3:48 pm this afternoon and told them to call me back at 5pm (i had to think of a plan to get them back!). they did. and it was hilarious.
i spent 6 minutes and 30 seconds messing with this young man, screaming Jingle Bells and various profanity. he eventually got fed up with me and hung up. they don't like it when you play games with them...
i know these guys are annoying but all you have to do is have a little fun with it. i plan on recieveing another call. :) i hope i do; i can't wait to f*ck with these people. if they want to try and waste my time, well, i guess i'll just have to waste theirs.

They just called me. On THANKSGIVING. The guy I spoke with was obviously of eastern indian descent, wholly aware he was calling on a national holiday and was completely rude.

Keeps calling me cell # - if they're a collection agency I have no idea why they want me.  I don't have and never have had credit.

Liek all the other posts, I've been getting calls from this number.  However, the last time there was a name.  Bill Decker @ NCO Financial.  If you get a call from this number, use that info to call back and tell them to take you off their calling list, or whatever you need to do.

this number has appeared on my phone just recently....i found out they are calling my teen-age niece who goes to school and owes nothing...they have practically harassed my sister's phone...she lives in galesburg illinois, and i live in illinois also....anyway the phone always rings only once.....this ringing is nerve racking........my sister had finally got hold of them talked to a person...and asked them do not call here anymore because my niece is a teenager...and does not have bills....they said allright...but keep calling anyway...now i am getting calls...these people are absolutely nuts...!!!!!!...si there any thing that can be done about this...people need peace...!!!!

They are calling my work and what we are going threw now economically I can not afford for personal phone calls making me lose my job. Stop calling my employment.

Every time this number calls or any other number I don't want I answer it with my FAX MACHINE. I'm sure they love that computer tone. ;-)
