WRONG.

It doesn't resent anything. It just puts a STAY on the account for the amount of time it was in BK (from filing to resolution (either through a discharge, dropping the case or dismissal).

send a certified letter referencing the phone number and the account number (reference number) that they have on file and ask them to NEVER call you at that number ever again in reference to that debt. If they do, contact an attorney to sue them (or sue them yourself in small claims count) for violation of the Fair Credit Collection Act. $1000 per incident.
