They called and left me a message cussing me out, I will report them to the Attorney General.

I use a program on my cell phone call Extreme Call Blocker.
If the number is not in my contacts it hangs up on them not giving them a chnace to leave a message.
I am in no way affiliated with Extreme Call Blocker but it works for me.
There are other programs out there that work just as well I'm sure.

Consumers calling the BBB allege that they have been receiving phone calls and emails from this company demanding payment on outstanding debts they claim they do not owe. Consumers from across the country report that this company is a scam. One of the many phone numbers being used is a Belmont NH exchange. The BBB has not found a company registered in NH by that name or using that phone number

The BBB believes this is a collection scam. Consumers being contacted by this company are told they have an outstanding balance owed for a loan and must pay before the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) decides to mark their case as a flat refusal and press charges against them. If you are contacted by this company BBB strongly advises you do not follow their instruction. Because the BBB does not have an address for the company and the phone number has been disconnected we are unable to process complaints at this time. Consumers should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov and with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Internet crime center at www.IC3.gov.

Keep getting phone calls from 866 901 3328 selling insurance or something.

"believes"?  Christ, what was their first clue?  Seriously, I enjoy reading the BBB complaints and companies (like Midland and NCO) trying to dig themselves out of holes, but in all honesty, the BBB is about as useful as tits on a Bull.

Received a call from this number and it went to voice mail.  The VM basically said "this is an attempt to collect a debt and we need a statment from you.  If you fail to provide a statement one will be provided for you.  Call us back at the number to discuss the matter."  This is a scam - It is ACS Legal, they get very verbal and curse you out when you tell them you know they are a scam.   Who calls to inform you that you will be arrested in the next 2 hours if you don't take care of the legal matter.....duhhhhh.    At one point I told them that last week they were suppose to arrest me but didn't, they hung up on me.

I have reported to the FTC several times but they keep calling.

They have been harassing us for up to 3 years now, and you're right, they will not go away.  They get verbally abusive, threatening, etc.  One of them sounds like he is dying from COPD.  He has a very raspy voice.  I am so sick of this.  Today, alone, we received 4 calls starting at 9:00 a.m.

I will call the Attorney General... They should not be cussing and they should not be calling my relatives. If they are looking for me then call my cell phone

This number called my father in laws house so I called the number back and they said they were ACS the lady's name was Megan Scot  she said that they had a right to take my assets in my place of employment is where  and she said that they coul and she said that they could get on a database and find out where I work so I hung up on her so she called me back on my cell phone and left a voicemail and she gave me my court and she gave me my court docket number and she said if I didn't reply in a timely manner  and she said if I didn't reply in a timely manner that they were going to proceed with legal action I've never even received any rent i written information ab I've never even received any written information about this debtso I think she's full of crap

Best option change your number although it is a hassle but calls will stop.

I changed my cell number and never got a call again. However, the calls at work and continue but im hoping to change my numbers.

the phone listed indicated that they were debt collection and all info would be used for that matter I have no debt collectors that I owe monies too.  I believe this to be a scam as this was through my new Assurance phone via government this is also the third such call two from other numbers please correct and advise thank you

First these people from acs legal called my inlaws house looking for me. I called them back and asked them why they were calling me. Something about a lawsuit from a loan I supposedly had from advanced quick loan/cash. I told them I never heard of that company and that they need to send me some proof and that my attorney would call them - I gave them the name of my attorney. Wel I got in touch with my attorney and told him what happened. He called them and told them to stop calling me - the guy who he was on the phone with was obviously pissed that a lawyer called them. He asked my attorney for his bar number (what legit debt collector does that.)  My attorney refused. He told my attorney he was a fraud that he was no attorney...my attorney asked him what his address was and the guy refused and hung up the phone on him!

The same person calls me a second time leaving this message that sounded like he was reading a script - that I was commuting fraud and that I am going to be served with papers for not paying this debt and I should consider myself served. THEN the guy calls my husband at work looking for me telling him the same thing - my husband wouldn't give him any information so the guy said we are going to issue an arrest warrant ( who is he now the police???? ) so my husband says go ahead issue an arrest warrant --

I get another call from some other Scam company -- calling about the SAME MADE UP DEBT FROM ADVANCED QUICK CADH OR LOAN - whatever it was --- now why are two companies calling a out the same phantom debt?????

Have been calling me for over a year on mobile and now work phone for ex-husband.  I can block them on my cell, but how do I get them to stop calling my work?!  This is harassment, and I want it stopped!

This is a nasty collection agency who keeps calling for someone who no longer has the called phone number.

I hope they are reading these posts. Some foreign man called left a message saying give him is Dam money. I will keep that message and get this company for harassment.

8669013328 calls me about once or twice per week at work, since i already know the number i do not pick up and delete from my vm messages.  i have advised my supervisor and coworkers of this scam so they are all aware not to give out any info about me and hang up on them.  i was so mad and stressed out but i figure to learn to ignore and do not pick up numbers i do not recognize.  it is a group of them that call from different numbers and it is the same company ACS (tracy, seth).  Dont stress and if they call family members tell them to block numbers or just ignore.  unfortunately they will keep calling.  i changed my numbers except for work but will if i have to i will.  Unfortunately, i answered once and it was some stupid idiot saying the same crap about a loan that i have no clue about.  feel bad they call family members or friends but what can we do except tell them to ignore or block their numbers.  i have now memorize this number and any numbers i do not recognize i do not answer.  if it is a legitimate debt i will get it in the MAIL.  Good luck to all of us!
