Called me around 6pm today. Didn't pick up and they didn't leave a msg

Called saying they were doing a survey for cibc at 6:10 pm. Not rude. Wanted to speak to a member of the household who wasnt home. Said thank you and hung up

they wont leave a mess because they are an outbound call centre only

While you are there calling please feel free to contact as many employees as you can from their data base and give them a piece of your minds about being called by banks that you may or may not bank at.  G&A represent CIBC and TD currently.

They are hired by CIBC bank to do a survey on customers' satisfaction. Maybe the call center is in India or Zimbalwe. They don't need you to call back because they cannot take calls. They called me today and I was at home so I answered their questions. Didn't ask me any thing personal anyway. No harm really.

Did not answer and the did not leave a message.

Calls my Toronto landline every day - never leaves a message.

This number calls my land line 3-5 times a day. They have called 36 times since the beginning of March. It's getting ridiculous.

If they're getting any kind of answer, you can expect it as they call numbers that have some kind. Make sure they get nothing when they call and be patient. You can get them uninterested in calling you if the phone just rings and after a while, they could move along.

I called presidents choice financial to re-activate a dormant bank account yesterday.  It must be related to that.
