Be careful answering calls from these numbers.There may be trying to know where you are banking at.I'm pretty sure it is hired by somebody to know where they can ask the court to garnish your account for purposes of enforcing a future judgement.Just avoid any questions related to your banking transactions.

I received this unknown call at 7PM which I don't answer. I never answer any private or unknown calls.

They called twice today. No message left. I don't deal with CIBC. Blocked now whoever it is.

Called 3 times on May 25th and now June 13th with no message left.  I picked up and just heard garbled audio as if it was inside a moving vehicle.

call from this no. a woman with certain accent said she's from cibc, and asked if my name was xxx, which was right, then she proceeded to ask few questions ... i hung up

10 CALLS. NO MESSAGE. CIBC "... GREENWICH ASSOCIATES the leading global provider of market intelligence and advisory services to the financial services industry. We specialize in…" CIBC customer service staff said the company "administered a survey" for them. REALLY? I HOPE YOU DIDN'T PAY THEM.

Called at 6:30pm.  I didn't pick up the call as usual because I didn't recognize this number.  Went to message box and heard noise background something like call centre.

Called at 6:51pm, right in the middle of supper. No message left. Probably CIBC as I did conduct some business with them; wish they would stop as it is rather bothersome.

Follow up survey relating to a call I made to CIBC customer service. Seemed legit.

Called at 7:55 on Friday Nov 24.  No message left

Called @ 3:36 Jan 27/18...rang 2x...did not leave a message...Annoying!!

Called around 5pm on Monday. If it is a legit call they should leave a message. If CIBC is going to contract out they should be responsible and set strict guidelines for the callers who are representing them.

Got a call today at 7pm.  Person adressed me by my government name and was with CIBC.  hung up and called back.  Automated number.  Contact CIBC to inform.  Supervisor and director will be informed.

Un homme m'a téléphoné a 20h30 ...J'ai demandé qui parle. Il disait que c'est pour l'appréciation du service de quelque chose... J'ai demandé de quoi ? C'était floue ses réponses...Il parlait trèes peu...avait l'air impatient. Puis il s'est mis èa rire de moi au téléphone...un rire de sadique arnaqueur... Il a raccroché.

This is a company called Greenwich which completes survey's for their customers - their customers being Financial Institutions and Credit Unions. The call I received was to rate my satisfaction for a recent transaction that I completed at CIBC as I am a client of theirs. I did ask the rep if they only call CIBC clients and they said they call for other groups too but would not specify. This was a legit call and not from a spammer.
FYI - if you don't want them calling you anymore then go to your local bank and have your marketing preferences changed. It's because you allow marketing that you get the phone calls.
