CCB or Credit Collections Bureau is a debt collector.  Your HR will have to send them a letter telling them that you cannot receive these types of calls at work.  If they continue to call after that, you can sue them for FDCPA violations.

Called my work and ask to speak me regarding a personal matter when I asked who had given them my work number which I almost never list the rep finally told me that he was calling in regards of my car loan which I already spoke directly with nissan and was handling the issue with them after which  the rep tried to get me to  verify my social security number I immediately said no and he gave me this number and ext. to call him back. I looked up this number and saw all the reviews that this is indeed a scam and will contact the BBB and report them

Got a call from 800 755 5249 saying they are from CCV or CCB services. Saying they are a debt collector. Call back 866 910 5249.. Sorry wrong number.
