We have been getting barraged with calls all week at all times of the day and night.

3 CALL IN LAST 15 MINUTES. HOW DO WE STOP THIS?

This company keeps calling my cell number serveral times a day.  When  I returned call I said no thank you.  Someone called my back within seconds and said " You answered, you stupid b---h!  The man was trying to keep his voice low so no one else could hear, but I could hear the other telemarketers!

They have been calling and harassing me for a week or two.  I have already asked to have  them remove from their list and stop calling 3 times.  To no avail.  This soliciation started from an aggressive giveaway at Bass Pro Shops - FYI.  I know for a fact.

They called my magic jack phone number that nobody has, since I use it to call long distance family only.

I'm located in Canada with a Montreal area code number... where most of the population speaks French.... Good luck to them ! LOL

I just got a call from them. He asked for Ed. I have a friend staying with me named Ed, but I couldn't beieve he would give out my cell #. I asked who's calling and he wouldn't tell me and asked for Ed again. I said Ed who? He said just Ed. I again asked who's calling and he said ME arrogantly. I told him to go call somebody else. I asked Ed if he gave out my # and he said he didn't. He has his own cell phone. I can't believe the do not call registry has not put him out of business.

I have been getting this called almost everyday. But I don't answer the phone anyway. I am so tired of people trying to scam for money!

I just got a call again but I refuse to answer. So they hung up anyway. The time was at 7:11pm on Dec 5.

This guy from this number calls at least twice a week informing that I have won a package deal in Florida that all I have to do is fly there

If they keep calling just go to their website and use their direct chat to get removed from their call list, the more people doing this the worse it will be for them as well they have email that if unsatisfied you could spam or do more if your good with computers.
Since they call so much get ready and record next time to show how harassing they are and startegies used to reveal credit card info to them, this is illegal...

I keep getting a cal from this number              866 912 9290.This has been going on for over a month.What can be done to stop this unwanted phone call.I asked him to stop calling here and he said that he wasn't going to stop and that he is going to call every day.Isn't that  called harassement if some one keeps calling every day when you have asked them to stop.I told the fellow that called that the phone call was  unwanted.

I think Do Not Call list is a JOKE.  I have placed NUMEROUS complaints regarding calls like this and THEY DO NOTHING.  I wish we REALLY had some protection. Appears, the list is just a front to make people believe they are protected and aren't.  You can only keep track of the calls and make a compliant with the local police.  The only thing the DNC list is used for is to tell them you are on it and are still harassed. Get a cheap device that let's you block particular calls like this.. works great!

If you do get a call and talk to someone ,tell them your going to report them to your state Att General office.The A.G. is responsable for sueing these companys.If they have not filed the proper paperwork to make calls in your state then the A.G.can fine them several thousand dollars for each call made in that state from that company.When I mention the Att. General to most of these scam callers that don't call back.

This is the second call I have received from this company. The exact same deal both times. They lay out an unbelieveable deal to take your family of 4 to Orlando and Daytona. The hotel is free, they give up to $100 pp back on flights. They only want 45mins of your time for a presentation on their "property". Then they ask for your credit card #. When I refuse they put me on hold and the high pressure guy comes on and tries to point out all the reasons they are reputable. When I still refuse he got very rude and ignorant with me. When I called the police (the 1st time) to report it they re-iterated don't ever give your credit card info over the phone. When I mentioned this to him he became irate.
DO NOT EVER GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE. Even if the site looks legit.

these bad people called me early Saturday morning telling me that they are from.......... some travel office.
Ask a name of a person who never lived at our address.
Strange noises in the background!
Try to avoid answering their calls all together.
People who do NOT respect our privacy on Sunday morning are NOT worth any attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
