My 13 year old daughter received a call today from 866-914-9023 on her cell phone.  Luckily, we bought her a cell phone with caller restrictions (not all cell phones have them), so she can only receive calls from numbers in her phone book.  When the call comes in, the number is displayed, but it won't let her answer the call.  They can still leave a voice mail or send a text message, but the call restriction is a start.  I recommend it for any parents with children who are new to cell phones.

In the past three or four says I have had this number 9866-914-9023)  call at least two times a day.  I don't want to pick up and talk but i wish they would stop calling.  How do i make it stop!

I got a cal today (aug. 1, 2007) form that number at like noon... and i used to get calls fomr this number like twice daily bout a year ago... they finally stopped... i could never answer cuz i was always in class

Well, as with everyone else I got a call from 866-914-9023 I tried to pick it up and was hung up on, and when trying to call it back I got a busy tone. I don't know who this is or how they got my number, but after reading everything on here I certainly don't want them to call me everyday. So I just thought I'd report them too just in case that does do any good.

I beleive they got my number from one of those stupid, "get this item for free" surveys, where you have to buy a bunch of crap in order to get the item, in which you're just better off buying the item with your own money. I did it out of plain boredom, then just closed it out without finishing it because I wasn't giving them my credit card number. They only called me twice, and I didn't answer, which is probably the best thing to do, cause if you answer, they know they have a legitimate number with a potential customer (or someone to be scammed?).  On a darker note, if you have someones phone number you don't like, guess what you can do with it to annoy the hell out of them?

I got three calls from this number today on my work-emergency cell phone.  They hung up each time I answered and each time I tried to call back I got a busy signal. anyone no a way to stop it.

I received a call from 913-248-1105 today, August 15, 2007 at 10:46 a.m. and I looked up the number in google and came across others reporting the same thing.  Some said they started receiving calls from other numbers after that.  Well, so did I.  I just received another call, only now the number has changed to 866-914-9023.  I think it is more frustrating that this is happening to so many people and no one seems to be doing anything about it, more so than receiving the calls. Well, if anyone finds a solution, could you kindly post it.  I am sure everyone else would be thankful.

I have my 12 year old and 7 year old staying at home for the last two weeks of summer. my oldest calls me and says I got a call from 8669149023 and that they asked him if his parents were home. when he said that we are not available they just hung up on him. this scared me because even though i call my kids like 20 times a day (and i am not exaggerating) the fact they just hung uo on him with out giving a thank you we will call back or giving him call back number they just hung up. I got scared for them,there are too many weirdos out there. I stayed on the phone with them for almost an hour off and on until I got smart and found this site. this site calm me down because what they are doing is wrong at least i new that they weren't stalking my kids or something.

third call from this "person" this evening. I am getting extremely aggravated, and am about to call the police. I doub they could do anything, though.

same number called my cell phone, but im not going to answer it. I am glad i googled it. I found out what the heck it is. If i do answer i am going to tell them off.i don't know how they got my number.

o.0 they just called again within like 10 minutes not even of posting this. Next call im answering.  I will report back what happens.

ive gotten calls from this number every hour for the last 2 days. its getting annoying. they leave no message. i also had entered to win the Rachael Ray trip last month. grrr. this it totally annoying.

called at 11:23 a.m. on 8-22-07 and asked for Sarah. told them they had the wrong # and they hung up. no name came up on cell phone,only the #.
