Received a call from 866-923-4421 and they left a message. I called them back and the lady told me that it was regarding my Care Credit account.  I told her I didn't understand why they were calling about that account because my account was current and in good standing.  Her response, "Yes ma'am you are correct.  You account is in good standing.  The reason we are calling is to see if you have any concerns about this account."  REALLY????  I told her to make a note in my account that they are to stop calling me and that as many phone calls as  I receive from them I consider it harrassment at this point.  It amazes me that when you pay your bills on time every month, that these people STILL harrass you.

A very strange woman just called our home from 866-923-4421.  She asked for my husband, who has an account and terrific credit with GE Money Bank.  I knew my husband would never give out the home phone, he gives our cell numbers.  This call had nothing to do with GE Money Bank.  I would advise anyone NOT to give people calling from this number any information.  If GE Money Bank has a problem, they will call you, not a strange sounding woman from this number.

If this is from GE Money, don't know why they call. Our bill is up to date, always has, never a late payment. Harrasment to say the least.

I got a call from this number and they left no message.  I have a good standing credit card with this company and no late payments.  I believe that they have called in the past and not left any messages.

Thanks for the posting of this info. My cell hangs up on unknown numbers and if they call my home, they can leave a message if they want to talk with me.

I called them back. I told them, in no uncertain terms, they are harassing me on a bill that is not due, and in a heavy West Indian accent, they stated, "since you requested us to not call you, we  will take your name off the call list". man..., it is not even a bill up for payment, it is just an account started with them. They need to bring this job of calling accounts to term back to the United States, and put people in there that like people.

He called again, and when I answered the phone, he hung up. So, using caller I.D., called the number back. Same guy that called today, and this time he wanted the last four digits of my social. I hung up.

I received a call from this number 866-923-4421 today. The caller sounded like he was calling from India. He said he was from GE Capital. He asked me if my name is Karen XXXXX and I said yes, and then he continued to ask me my name 4 more times. I asked him why he was calling me, and he asked me to confirm my name again. I got very suspicious of this caller and hung up the phone.
Sounds like some sort of scam operation....beware.

Called several times in a week, midday, evening.  Finally Saturday morning (before 9 AM) I picked up and said, "hello" - heard clicking sound, then finally a man's voice saying Hello.  This went back and forth for several exchanges and I finally hung up.  If this is GE Money Bank and a Care Credit connection, it's not a good way to build customer confidence.

This number called this morning as GE Credit, the connection was odd and the caller sounded Indian.  He Said they wanted to thank me for making all pymts on time. Then he asked if I was happy with the,ir service and card, and I told he that I thought that was a very odd question and why would they call to ask that?  The guy then switched and asked if I was going to make the next pymt.  he even knew the amt.  I said I supposed so, my husband takes care of the bills.  then he asked me to confirm my address and read it off to me.  I told him that I was not going to answer any more questions as I felt the whole thing was not on the level.  He then repeated that the intent of the call was to just make sure i was happy with GE credit and hung up quickly.  I wouldnt trust them.  This really feels like it was a fishing scam.  I'm calling the company now to let them know.

just got off the phone with the company. The customer rep said that the number is legit it is from the payment dept. The purpose of the call was supposed to be just a reminder to make the next pymt, which is still more than a week away.  I told her I didnt appreciate that and the way the rep responded and asked strange questions did not set well.  So then as we are about ready to disconnect she tried to persuade me to purchase their 'acct protection' insurance in the event we are laid off, in an accident etc... they would pay off the amt.  This insurance was a mere $1.50 per 100.  I declined and we disconnected

Been getting a call from this number a few times a day for months now - I just ignore it since they never leave a message, but figured it was something stupid.  Googled it and found this page - I will definitely be calling them back and having them take my name off their list - I have NEVER missed a payment on my Care Credit and this is now verging on the point of harassment!

I got a call from this number AGAIN today so came on here to see what it was as they never leave a message. After reading the posts I called back and it was GE Money. They didn't ask for my social security number or account number, as I was more than prepared to refuse them but they asked for my name and address.  Didn't figure there was a problem so gave that. Then I told her I didn't know why they would be calling, so she proceeded to ask me if I had any concerns about my account or anything. I told her I guessed it was as good as it could be. She asked if I had any changes in my address or phone number and I said if I did I would update it online when I make my payments. That was all. Weirdest call ever and I'm a little disturbed about it. I have been getting calls from them for a while now, one time called twice in one day. I had a late payment once over a year ago and since that time I'm usually early but a couple of weeks.  So why they are calling me I don't know and I find it quite suspicious. I'm contacting the number online for GE Money to tell them to figure it out and don't call me again because this is a cell phone and this is eating up my valuable minutes for no reason.

These people have been calling 10 times a day for a couple weeks.  I finally answered the phone and could hardly understand the person on the other end from India.  I asked for someone in the US and after about 5 minutes on hold, I got connected to another person from India with an even thicker accent.  I told them it was fruitless because I couldn't understand her and to not call my number anymore.
