    I got a weird call from someone who had no idea what he was talking about and I asked this strange caller to send me anything he wanted in writing from now on. It was a long and useless call while I was working and made no sense. Since there is no account worth any call, this is an idiotic thing to do.

    By the way, we are on a no-call list and get calls constantly about every service or product out there. The No Call list does not work as a solution to unwanted calls. It never has.

    Got a call from 866-923-4421.  They keep calling me and I am on the Do Not Call List.  They also call early in the morning.

    I've received three calls in the last 2 days from this number, which at least in the past has been collections for GE Money/CareCredit.  The call hangs up when I answer, and no message is left.  I called back and got a full Audix voice mailbox, so couldn't identify the organization.  I called CareCredit (now GE Capital) and am current, so don't know why they would be calling.

    I got three calls from this number today. I answer and here a beep and it hangs up. I called it back and could barely understand the man on the other end. He said he needed my account information but I would not give him anything more than my phone number. He said he couldn't pull it up based on that and I told him if they didn't stop calling me I would report them....
    He said his name was Ben from G or GE Capital One. I asked several times for a manager and he wouldn't transfer me.

    I have been bombarded by calls from this number for the past two days and they never leave a voicemail message!  It's so annoying!  They called 1/30/2012 @ 8:16AM, 10:38AM, 1:33PM; 1/31/2012 @ 8:45AM, 9:50AM, 10:53AM, 12:04PM, 12:54PM; and today at 8:07AM, 8:37AM, 9:48AM, 10:28AM, and 11:08AM so far!  I haven't answered any of the calls nor have I called back.  As far as I know, I am current my payments.

    I called them back this morning after they called me. Said it was indeed a courtesy call just to say thanks for being a customer and asking me if I had any questions about my account. Seems more like a pain in the ass to me for them to even call me.

    Seems to me that someone has gotten a hold of GE Money account data, and I find that quite disturbing. I'm getting 2-3 calls a day right now (starting a few days ago), but have never answered. I actually have 3 different GE Money accounts. Thanks to this site, I'll continue not to answer. It's very annoying though.

    I too have Care Credit accounts that are through GE Money. Just received a call this evening from a gentleman with an Asian accent, stating he was with GE Capital Retail Bank.
    I would say "BEWARE!" The Care Credit accounts with GE Money are through GEMB, not GE Capital Retail Bank. BEWARE.

    My husband gets calls from 1-866-923-4421 at least 2 or 3 times a day, Whether he answers it or not we get charged for a minute on cell phone. It was 10 minutes today which eats up our anytime minutes on our plan. How do we get this to stop?

    Keep getting calls on my cellphone.. I usually dont answer numbers that I don't recognize but I am tired of the calls.  I answered and was immedialtly placed on hold.  I hung up.  If this is GE MONEY... there is no reason to contact me.  My bills are all paid ontime.

    I've gotten this call a couple of times now. The first time it just clicked and disconnected. The second call came in today and I immediately got a message that said "Thank you for calling. All representatives are busy currently. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered in the order it was received."

    I hung up. I never let a machine auto-dial me and then put me on hold. How rude!

    I do have a GE account. They just changed their website and I found out when I went to log in that they got my birth date entered wrong, so I'm now shut out of their system till I provide proof of identity (brilliant, GE!). I doubt this auto-call is about that though since the lady on the other end of the line didn't even know there was a problem until I told her what it was. Probably just their system wanting to tell people about the new website even though it's very buggy.

    Just missed a call, and returned the call.

    These people are legit (My Care Credit Account).

    They confirmed my scheduled payments to July this year.

    This call was a Thank You call for making my payments on time, and asked if I had any questions. Their new format on their website is a little different, but the call seemed to varify information since regestering on their site.

    I get calls from this number all the time. I never get a message. Thank goodness for this site-I will block this number. They call early in the morning and late at night. My bill is never late so they have no reason to call me. If I needed to talk to them I would call them-and if they really wanted to speak to me they would leave a message to return the call.
