I too feel scamed by this trading group. I've been waiting 5 months for my refund. I call them once a week and get no satisfaction. Do i have to take them to court?

I have the same refund problem. If anyone comes up with a legal solution please contact me. I may end up going to Cali small claims court to try and get something.

Good news!   I got my refund today by doing the credit card charge back that someone else mentioned.  It works.  Just be sure to send all the documentation backing up your claim such as receipt, refund guarantee, account losses, etc.  I'm with Chase Visa card and the process only took a couple weeks.  Just spoke to a Chase representative a few mins ago and they are mailing the check out today.  Don't trust any of the clowns at Luxman...they're all liars.  James Kennedy specifically told me NOT to file the credit card charge dispute stating that their firm actually wins many of the disputes and that there was a possibility that I would not get my refund check at all.  I told this to Chase and they said this is merely a scare tactic to coerce me into not filing the dispute.  These guys are total scammers...just do the credit card charge back.  It's the sure way to get your money back fast!

I agree.  I bought the system in July 2008.  The system quickly blew out my $5000 account.  Listen the guarantee doesn't guarantee the profitability of your personal account only the profitability of the system.  So they can blow out your account and then show an overall profit and then they are obligated to pay you nothing.

I am still waiting for my refund.  They have promised me several different the dates the check would be mailed.  James Kennedy promised me the check would be fedexed today but again they can't be reached on the phone.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these dishonest people.

Luxman is just a scam, they never return the money

The are a total ripoff.  DO not use them.

i too also got involved in this system they were selling. i'm waiting since mar. 09 to get my refund. i would like to take part in a class action law suit provided it doesn't cost me. ravipintor@bellsouth.net
