Call received 3/9/11. Caller operator would not identify the name of the company or the purpose for the call. When pressed, she said, "we handle many things". She asked for my name and telephone number which I would not provide unless she provided more informaiton. Began a short circular conversation. I hung up.

Second call from this debt collector, looking for someone named Rachel.

The calls I get from this number land on my voicemail.  They say to "hang up if you are not [full name here]" and that by not hanging up you acknowledge that you are that person.  They go on to say that it's for a debt.  At this point, they are in violation of the law already, since I'm not supposed to know that this person even HAS a debt.  I called back to get them to stop, and told them they'd been told that before.  And the person on the phone had the nerve to tell me they were a new company!  They are not only debt collectors, but the scammiest sort.

Keep getting calls from this number...Don't know anyone at that number or have business with that number.  Very annoying...

I am so sure this number and about 4 others are calling me because I joined the do no call list.  I had never gotten these calls before.  I do not have bad credit at all.  I don't even have many bills!  Yet these calls started about 2 weeks after I signed up on the Internet to stop calls.  The worst is on my new cell phone.  I first thought it was the previous owner of the phone they were after but it started on my house phone.  I have had this same number for decades.  I had a stray number once in awhile but now it is a daily occurance with many different nymbers.  I also keep getting the same numbers.                   I am in a wheelchair & 'running' to the phone all day long is VERY HARD for me.  I was told that I could report it to my cell carrier and they will block the calls there.  But Bell South won't help at all.  I have 'call block' but it only works for local numbers & these are the toll-free type.       I set the cell numbers I know with ring tones & all others I don't both answering.  That works best!!

This number keeps calling my house number asking for a Sandra Nieves. I do not know this individual. Please stop calling my house number and asking to speak to her. Thank you

These people need to give it up ,on trying to collect monies that you dont even know about.also why do i pay for a cell phone !!! that any body can call you all the time , like it is a freckin home line.

We have received many phone calls from this number, but no message left. After I call them back immediately they didn't answer my call.

I got a garbled recorded message askign if this is something collins, if you are not collins. I didnt even finish listening to it because the recording was so bad and they had the wrong number

They called at 2:30pm on a Friday. No message was left on my answering machine. The same name, 800 Service, showed up on my caller ID at 6:10pm the next day...but was from a different number: 866-730-0150

Called the number back on Sunday, and was greeted immediately by hold music, follwed by rings. No huge surprise when an automated message came on and said I had reached the mailbox of Ext. 6863, but it was full, and I was "being transferred to an attendant". Soon after, it said "an invalid attendant member had been specified and I was being disconnected."

Called at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. They left a message this time! An automated message asked for someone named Robert. Obvious debt collection call..."if you are Robert [censored], press 1. If you are not Robert [censored], press 2."

It repeated the options at least 3 or 4 times before the automated recording disconnected. I called the number back and after listening to hold music, got the voicemail of James Wadds(sp?), Manager at ARM.

Hello people who say they are getting calls from this #  but insist they have no business with this company; I too received a call today because they were looking for my brother who no longer has a home phone.

If YOU are getting calls you may not have business directly with them BUT they may have purchased a debt you owe with somebody else - they are a collection agency and in the history of the world very few people have ever originated a debt with a collection agency but millions OWE them money.

Pay your bills and you won't get calls.

I get calls from them, too. They're looking for Leo. Everytime I press #2 on the phone to say that I am not him, nothing happens.

It's not fraud! They may be having difficulty with their particular system! Call in and speak to an individual of the company and ask for your number to be removed! It takes 24hrs to remove be removed from any system!

These wierdos called my mother a 1000 miles away looking for husband.  They also called our home witch is a new number now they won't answer when we called them back! I am so embarrassed my mom called to tell me feel like a fool!
