It's Mediacom. They called to ask if we were happy with our tech visit yesterday.

It is mediacom calling for phone survey for your Internet, phone and/or t.v service. In effort to improve their business services, they are sending out tech to each business service location to speak with manager or owners and ask business owners questions regarding their service..

Then you get this phone asking to rate the technician service.

Media companies asking me to complete a satisfaction survey about repair work that was performed.

This number calls 2x every evening but there's no one there. Very irritating.

It's Mediacom calling about a service call we had today.

So it was legit for you-that's great. Also, that was sarcasm. What you fail to realize that scammers spoof such legit numbers so what's legit for you might not be for the next person. Besides, If you know who it is, why are you here-you shilling?
