First off Gus and Felicia where in on all the scams because John was living with them. During that time John befriended an elderly couple in PA, he and Gus did work over there. Shortly after Gus received $40,000.00 loan from them for what was supposed to be a "business deal" but that money went to keep his house out foreclosure. The couple still has not seen a dime of that money.
[***] (john) does not live in Plainview nor does he live with me and my children and we were never married.
The only people reaping in benefits from his scams are his crack dealers and Gus & Felicia with that 40g's (and I was told Gus bought john crack to keep him and let him smoke it in his house)
John does not work at All American a legit company that's been around for years. It's not a fly by night co. that works out of a house changing names and vans all the time.
Lawrence is a stand up guy, unlike 90% of the scumbags in the industry.

Tony pays  john his money drops him off at a crackhouse after work then picks him up the next morning. Last time john worked for him he overdosed..

I got a call for chimney cleaning.  They came to my door on Dec. 11 2013. The dirt from the chimney went in John Calverts face I panicked. He told me it would have backed up and we would have been breathing it in. I told him to fix it.  the company was step above maintenance located in Bellmore NY. They never came back to finish the work. The kid that came with hims name was Rob and he said his father owned the company. All I had was cell phone numbers and the numbers of the office. they were no help and I was out $2400.

THAT IS THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME.  THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THAT THE COMPANY IS NOW CALLED STEP ABOVE MAINTENANCE.  THEY HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS AND NOW ANTHONY INGENITO'S SON IS WORKING WITH CALVERT ON THE SCAM. THEN WHEN I CALLED A MILLION TIMES THERE WAS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE.

How do we get Cyclops (one-eyed John)?  He has been scamming people in MA too.  Too expensive to cart criminal from one state to another.  Anyone with an idea?  This should be a major lawsuit but company keeps getting away with it.  John was working (or still is) for Lawrence Stewart, President of All American Chimney and Duct Cleaning Services, Dereka Street, Amityville, NY.  That is where Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection, Attorney Gen. Office found company.  Company was exposed on "Seven on Your Side" with Nina Pinida scamming people.  John Calvert continues to be out there stealing and lying to innocent victims, often elderly.

How do you propose we "get together?"  A major lawsuit should be filed.  Keep this thread going with any news as well as contact info.  Thanks!!!  I will do anything to help.  I am surprised these schmucks are still in business.  I guess with a company name change and a new boiler room location every now and then they can keep one step ahead of the local authorities.
