The way to stop these calls is to report the number and the messages to The Attorney Generals Offices for Scam/Fraud issues they are wanting you provided information that should never be released over the phone UNLESS you called them first.

Then report to the Fraud division of the Local FBI ... you have to be proactive to put these guys out of business.

I am being harassed by a company that does not even have the correct person. I was left nasty messages and had uninformed employees hanging the phone up on me. They need to stop.

I keep receiving calls from this number however I don't know who this is and I got it on my block list on the phone.

This person calling me , is claiming that this number that I am using belongs to someone in tangle with the law and is wanted . They keep calling every few days but it's a recording so  know it's not true .  I have my number only a month now

call from this number on my number at work. said that i needed to call John Colby @ 866-961-9021 today to resolve this matter. This is the same number call came from and like all the listed it was a creepy woman's recorded voice. Not calling back because these are nothing but scam calls trying to scare people into sending money to them. They need to get a real job and work for a living.

received call this morning from 866-961-9021 from a woman saying I need to call John Colby immediately to resolve an important matter. Really too bad Federal Government won't enforce Do Not Call lists! Blocking this number.

It appears complaints about this number has been happening for some time now. Whats the point of reporting it so many time on this site of nothing is being done about it?

Because this site has no law enforcement powers.  But it does have the ability to warn people of the numerous scams that are being perpetrated.  By educating people that come here and allaying their fears, we have struck a blow against these criminals and cut a small interruption into their cash stream.  Without people reporting here, people would be less informed and more readily fall into the clutches of these cretins.

I just answered a call at work message was already in progress.  Not call it back.

Got a call from a man that told me I had gotten a loan several years ago and didn't pay it back. They told me I have to make sacrifices to get this paid and that I make more money than he does and I must start paying. So my pony is scheduled to come out tomorrow, I don't want to pay this back because I fear it's a scam.

i am getting the same phone call every few days with a number to call immediately. getting alot of scam calls.

called and asked to call back...some complaint or other...it was a recorded msg. I hung up.

a recording said call 8669619021 to resolve a debt ask to speak to John Colby,,, at the end of the call it said to call this # to resolve this matter or there would be further action immediately.

This man called my phone asked for someone I didn't know then proceeded to scream at me about a matter that needed to be resolved by someone I did not know. When I yelled back he told me he hoped I lost my voice for the day. What planet do these call center people come from?

I keep getting these calls from macy too, and i am not the person they are looking for. I contacted the B.B.B. AND THE OPERATOR WAS RUDE TOO. I AM GETTING A LAWER THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
