Had this same number call my phone and it started ringing like I was calling them I just hung up

This is the debt collector for lee memorial health systems now know as lee health

This number repeatedly calls me. I'm not interested in responding to unfamiliar telephone numbers. I have Medicaid and Medicare.

They call every day and don’t leave a message. Sometimes multiple times a day. This is considered harassment.

Man wanted me to verify my dob, address, name but would not tell me what personal account he is calling about.  Told him not to call my phone again and blocked the number.

It is a debt collector.  They were calling me about a hospital bill that I have been paying for that they gave me a year and we're only 7 months in.  I told them I will continue to pay monthly until the debt is paid in full.

Here's more that's helpful: tell them to follow the law by mailing you proof of the debt and that they are legally entitled to collect said debt. Never pay someone who calls claiming you owe money without first getting that proof. Anyone can say you owe money. Only legitimate debt collectors will prove it.

Like some reports above, the number called me and immediately went to some very poor hold music.

I have an app on my cell that scans all calls.. this number came up as SPAM (gave location as  just United States)... needless to say, I did not answer... My phone is listed on the DO NOT CALL registry... don't know who these people are just want them to quit calling!

Recd call fr this #. Music played for about a minute before a woman answered asking for someone by name. Told her this was an ALF and no one by that name lived here. She hung up.

Gulf Coast Collections has been putting up both shill posts and spam ads. Honest companies do not flood boards like WCM and 800notes with that sort of sleeze.  It seems you do similar on BBB web sites as well. Not good at all, not a good refection. It is also against site TOS to spam the sites and the threads with you crap.

As a warning to other posters - Be VERY careful about calls from this number - this is a debt collection outfit that places shill posts and spam ads on 800notes and WhoCallsMe.  As well as the BBB sites. Not a fair or honest practice.  A phone call is not sufficient, it they are trying to collect old debts, you have a right to have the debt proved.

These Idiots keep calling asking for someone i do not know, i tell them that and they call me a liar.
some day someone will get tired of these people drive to their door and give then exactly what they deserve.

Got a voicemail to call back about a medical debt. I have no medical debts and checked my credit reports to be sure there were no inaccurate debts-all good. These folks are scam artists.

Keeps leaving voicemail on the landline but phone never rings in the first place.

Claims to be: Gulf Coast Collection "Bureau".  Probably trying to get me to grass on someone - I'm debt free.

Caller ID said TOLL FREE CALL. It was a recorded voice saying they were from GCCB and for me to call some number. Then it disconnected.
