ID show Kingston, NY. Calls several times a day. Says i won a million dollars. When i told them to just send it to me they hung up. But now they call everday flippin day. About to change my number.

Actually that would be Kingston, Jamaica as in the island in the Caribbean.
876 is not a "Toll Free 800 number", it's the international long distance code for the island national of Jamaica.
Jamaica scammers have long used the miss conception to trick victims into calling back, sometimes dinging large long distance/international call rates along with tricking money out of them.
Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Jamacia scammer is saying he won 15.5 million dollars and a Mercedes.  Asked if the police department contact them and gave a bogus phone number.
