I am recieving call from 876-434-1303, man says his name is Max Carter. I won the prize from fed ex but had to pay $120 to recieve it. I hate con artist.

We have been receiving calls from "Kingston, JM", and it s clearly a scam: "you have won a sweepstake... please confirm an id number, DOB, etc". We have told them to stop calling, but to no avail...
They keep on calling from different numbers, same id: one from 915-792-2849, all the others come from (876):

DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

I hope they all get arrested and I hope a tsunami comes and flood the island and I hope they wont get any help / I would look at the tv screen and say yes vengeance is not mines  but Gods / they will pay / they made me mad I didn't provide them with any information.  I wonder how did they get my number.  I am from the U.S. born and raised here.  How an another country get my number that is crazy / they are in my privacy. They need to scam there on people and bring ruin to their own country / leave the U.S. out of it.  THOSE PEOPLE ARE so IGNORANT!!!

Missed call - caller ID Kingston JM  - number 876-413-1936 Wasn't home, did not leave message. Looks like the same scam as all the other 876 numbers!

First  we got calls from L. A.   213-928-7069. On 4/21/15.  Then, on 4/22/15.  The same person called from JM Kingston. 876-373-4307. Said I won 3.5 million and a 2015 Benz.

They call my 84 year old dad up to 10 times a day. I tried blocking the #'s but so far I've blocked 16 #'s. They call him from 7 am til 11 pm and all day in between.

I got the same scam called that asked if I was at work or home.  I told him that I was at work and he stated that I need to go home and call him when I get there.  I was expecting to see a prize van waiting in my driveway.  I call him and he states that I need to go to Walmart to get a Verification Certificate so they can award me the money and new car. I told him I didn't have the money so hung up.  He kept calling all day, I looked up the number online and found out it was a scam. Well I just got my phone bill in today and I was billed for making an International phone call and charged $48 so everyone please be careful.  I had an international call block placed on my phone to prevent this in the future.  Good luck to everyone and God Bless!

Called today said it was "Publishers Clearinghouse, OK".  I told them they were BS and not to call me again and then added them to my auto reject list.  Boom - that will stop it

Hi I'm here to warn everyone about these scammers, they call you telling you that you won the publishers clearing house prize and all they need is your address too deliver the prize. I actually fell for it and gave them my address after that they said that they will be over with a big check, balloons and the camera crew to give you the prize. They asked for a money gram and I told them I could not send any money since I didn't feel comfortable going through with it. Afterwards they got very mean and started threatening me, telling me how they were going to kill me and my kids all I needed to do is send the money and that I will never hear from them again. Please be careful and don't fall for it.

I received a call from this number. Man said that I won 5 million dollars plus $ 5000 per week. He was asking for money to process my winning. I asked him to give me few minutes to write check, and I called PCH and asked if I won. I know know this is scam (no check I sent)  and be aware of Kingston JM.
