Got a call from them today at 6:27pm, didn't hear the phone ring and didn't pick up. When I discovered the number on my phone at 9:30 or so, I tried calling it several times and got a message about "technical difficulties ... please try again later."

I called them this morning. It's some "online ordering service" -- maids magazines cable Internet blah blah blah. The woman told me I had placed an order. No I hadn't! Then she just said "thank you" and that was it. I hope they don't call me again! I hate soliciting.

Seems to be going around.  I got a call from them too, and I think there's no one i know at that number.  Didn't bother waiting to try to talk to them.

I've been getting a call from this number just about once every day around 4 or 5pm for about two weeks now.  I'm not going to answer, figure it out!

I have gotten this call about 6-7 times in the past 2 weeks.  Haven't bothered picking up yet.

I got a call from this company "Whitefence"

I got automatically signed up when I changed my address on a magazine subscription "Maxim"

I got an email with a user name and password and replied with remove me and asked them to delete my account as I never wanted their "service"

Now Ive have received two calls within the past two days at aprx the same time 5:15pm

They call again, Im going to let them know what I think of them!

The last couple nights I been getting calls from this number. Monday the 2nd & 3rh around 6pm When I reply, a person ask for my name and just hangs up. When I call the number back , it's tell me "Whitefence" company all line are busy plaeas stand bye.
 You know what so funny these ia a state goverment cell phone number .

They just called on my lunch break, Talk about pissing me off.

I called back after I answered and music rang and then disconnected.

I got a woman by the name of Kenesha..
When I told her Ive been getting these calles several times aday, she asked if I had been online or signed up for anything recently.

I told her about the subscription change and that was it.

I gave her my name and info and she put in a request to take me off the list.

They called on July 3rd....didn't pick up

they call all the time and never leave a message and i never answere it its anoiying

I receive a call at this number each working weekday since July. When I pick up the phone, it just goes silent. It's annoying. Is there any way to block the number?

they have called two days in a row in the early evening--they never leave messages and i haven't answered.

after finding this website i realized that i signed up for my electricity to get turned on in chicago through whitefence. not sure why they are calling but they are at least not cold calling random people (hopefully). i will return with more info if there is an update.

yep. called me several days ago...didn't bother to pick up...they didn't leave a message, but i too signed up for my electricity to get turned on so i presume it's from whitefence. probably wanted to sell me more things. they haven't called back yet. <knock on wood>

This company has been calling my cell phone almost daily.  I do not pick up and they do not leave messages.

They keep calling and calling.  I never answer because I looked the number up online to see who it was.  Can we block this???

I have gotten this call for about 2 weeks now.  Always around 4:15 CST. I've answered and get weird conversations in the background, I call back and no one ever answers.

This co Whitefence calls me too 24/7...someone earlier in these posts got it right---I ordered phone service online and this company apparently is the one that hosted the site.  My number is registered on the Do Not Call List but apparently that is no longer in effect since I ordered service from one of their companies!
