My cell phone is registered with National Do Not Call Registry, and they called my cell phone.

I took a call from a phone number resembling my area code.  Kevin claimed to be an investigator with Continental and wanted to verify my address to deliver my documents.  He was sooooo rude from start to end, he didn't give me the above information willingly at all.  He kept dancing around my questions, talked over me and kept interrupting my questions in a combative manner.  He denounced that he was an unsolicited caller by stating that he isn't selling anything.  It is unsolicited because I did not initiate the call and I did not ask for a call to be returned to me.  I told him I couldn't find a web address, and he stated they don't have one.  I couldn't ask for their headquarters because he ended up hanging up on me since I kept asking questions of who they are and what they wanted.

I called 877-214-1743 from a different phone number three times, to get better company information as it was an unsolicited call and I couldn't find a website for a [supposed] investigator agency by the name Continental in Virginia.  They were soooooo rude all three times and the last man I spoke with did all the same things that Kevin did and I stated that he was being rude, and he actually thanked me and was proud of it.  He also stated that he would enjoy the opportunity to be even ruder if I gave him my claim number.

Each person I spoke with was a male, aged 20's/30's, black ethnicity, nasty attitudes - I mean NASTY ATTITUDES!!!

Called a fourth time, and got put on immediate hold -for over 10 minutes- even though the auto-attendant told me I was first in line.

If this continues, I will be contacting Authorities and/or an Attorney as any unsolicited calls can be worth $1,500.00 per unwanted call.

Same experience as above. Kevin had called my father and I multiple times looking for someone else. Claiming we are all part of an investigation that he can't tell us about but needs to speak. With the person to give them details before he drops off paperwork. He just yes and is rude and doesn't tell you anything.  I called the number back but its a very vague vm that doesn't tell you anything. [***] off [***]!!!  Definitely a scam

They called me looking for a friend for twenty  years ago interrogating me on there location said they were investigating her and if I did t comply I would hinder there investigation. I asked for her contacted she gave it to me In a rude manner. She was Black and very nasty . Shame on your company for hiring such rude individuals

They just did the exact same thing to me 5 minutes ago. Really threatening. I'll be turning them into the federal trade commissioner.

very rude, called a few people i know and one of them was threatened that the guy named roger was going to serve him my papers which you know is a scam ans said he worked for continental but that was all he would say to him and then left a rude message on my cell phone  saying he was going to serve me with a warrant,lol what idiots do they think we are...
