They keep calling me multiple times

It clls about 4 times a day but there is never any one when you anwser says to press 1 but still no anwser

Auto-dialer that calls twice a day every day. The personalized message with my full name claims to be Ford Credit, but when follow the prompts to confirm, it just goes to dead air.... No one is there... NOTHING!!!.

I assume it is likely Ford Credit, but the calling system is very much broken. I don't think it is collections, as I am not behind with any payments. So far I have not been able to speak with a live person, so I don't know why they would be calling.

calls 2 x / day, an auto dialer I presume.  I don't have my phone ringer on at work and often forget to turn it on right after work.  there is nothing in the voice mail at all. By the sounds of the prior comments, it wouldn't matter if I answered, no one picks up.
