All the other posts from people saying they either didn't owe a bill at all or had already paid it made me question him.And I would think he would get bills in the mail before a debt went to collections.

I hear ya.  I think that is actually a medical billing service, not outside collections.  But some of those outfits try to come on WAY too strong.  The bills are not even at 60 days yet, and it looks like the fellow is in touch with the doctors, not dropping out of sight.  He is 100% right to make sure the right people get paid the right amount.

You could be right about this being a sleezy scammer who is trying to scare payment out of someone.  Hospitals leak billing info like old rusty pipes.   And of course, some billing services are just jerks and are pushing way too hard for 60 days.

Robo-call...never mentioned my name...press 1 to pay by credit card, etc...like i would pay anyone from a robo-call that didn't cite specifics....plus I've never heard of these people before.  I suspect they got my name/number from my personal injury lawsuit that was filed a few months ago.  Those are matters of public record; I think these people were basically dialing for dollars.

Called me six times this morning. Don't answer.

This number is a scam! They called leaving me a message saying that I had an anesthesia bill past due, the message didn’t identify who/what anesthesia company they were or what was even own. My bills were all up to date and I had even gotten a check back from the anesthesia company 3 months prior to this phone call for over paying. Plus my online account shows a zero balance. This is how I know it’s a scam.

I received an email from this company asking me to login to my account, huh? I haven’t had a surgery for years, total scam!!!

Total scam; do NOT give information!
