has called three times in the last several days. did not answer any of the calls.

Same here, John Doe.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know and I certainly don't call back if no message is left.  If the caller had a legit need to want to speak to me, they'd leave a message.

Picked it up, it said "pleas hold for next available operator" in a british accent. after holding, the voice changed and said "transferring your call now" then changed voices again to say the same thing, then gave me a voicemail message and beeped for me to leave a message.

call me 3 times. I write the report. Seems like don't do any help. Please stop STOP this phone call

I believe it is for credit one bank, if you have their credit card.

Beware this is Converging Outsourcing a debt collector. They resort to searching Facebook friends lists to find people. If they are not looking for you they could be looking for a family member or friend. F'ing amazing this tactic is legal because when I called them back they said they were looking for my sister in law. The only way they would have that information is if they searched my husbands friend list. Pay to unlisted your home phone because this is truly ridiculous to have someone constantly harass us via calling and not leaving a message. I am reporting them to do not call list. I have not done business with them so there is no legal reason for them to look for a family member this way.

THEY WILL CALL ANYONE LOOKING FOR INFO FROM ANY SOURCE, ESP IF THAT SOURCE MAY HAVE LISTED YOU AS A REFERENCE FOR MAYBE A LOAN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT - DON'T PUT YOUR INFO ON FACEBOOK, RESTRICT YOUR FB ACCOUNTS, ETC... ALSO IF YOU PUT THINGS ON CRAIGSLIST THEY WILL PULL YOUR NUMBER FROM THAT SO BE CAREFUL WITH THAT AS WELL.  THERE ARE CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT FROM THE DO NOT CALL LISTS -  SO BE AWARE OF THOSE.  AND TAKE THE TIME TO REPORT VIOLATORS TO THE FTC CALLER COMPLAINTS AREA AND THE DNC LISTS.   OTHERWISE DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CALLS.  THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW SITES WHERE YOU CAN GET INFO ON PHONE NUMBERS PERIOD.  OTHERWISE THEY DON'T LIST THEM AND THEY CONTINUALLY SPOOF THEM.

They are calling for someone I know but I am not going to give out any personal info to them.  They don't tell you who they are, I sure as hell am not going to tell them about anyone I know.

Multiple calls daily from this number, Claiming to be a debt collector named Convergent Outsoursing. They leave a recorded robo message on my answering machine. I don't answer or respond to calls if I don't recognize the number. I also don't respond to calls that are robo calls.  Can't be looking for me, I am not delinquent on any of my debts and haven't been for at least 20 years now. And if it's that important they can have a real person call me, not a machine, or they can send me a letter.
If they are looking for a family member I wouldn't tell them if I knew where they were anyway.

I call from this number on 6/25/2015.  They did not say who they were.  The message just repeated my name and told me to press 1.  I was suppose to press another number if I was not that name and had to have time to get that person on the phone.  I was to press another number if they had the wrong number.  The message never said what they were calling for or why I should press 1.

Left a msg just stating  a debt collector.  We don't owe anything, did not call back.

Debt collector left msg for me to call back. I suspect a scam to get any kind of info they can. Don't call this number back ! It is tied in with 215-220-4496, another robo call !

Is a scam! Debt collectors but do not report to credit bureau!!!! After speaking to three rude employees that do not follow the fdcpa they refused my refund and my attorney is now involved! Do not pay these people a dime!
