Associated with scam caller 669-294-2229 "return to --"  otherwise, same as previous complaints.

The caller indicated that there are issues with my tax return and that a motion has been filed to freeze all of my bank accounts.

They called me with the same message on my voicemail.  Who are these people they have no name or give no names

same thing left a voicemail on our business line.  Our business hasnt filed taxes yet it just opened last august. Total scam

Just received a call from them. Def scam.

My phone showed the number 669-294-2229, but the message said to call 877-227-5353. They KEEP CALLING ME AT WORK ON MY COMPANY PHONE. ANNOYING BUT AT LEAST MY EXPLOYER KEEPS RECORDS.

Who are these people?  first time they called me saying my bank acct and tax return were going to be frozen.  They sound desperate for someone to give them a call back.

This number has called me several times r 669-294-2229, stating I need to call them at 877-227-5353, telling me that all my banking accounts and my social security number would be used and my accounts would be frozen. I called the number and the girl I spoke with was horribly rude and hung up on me while I was asking basic questions but I in no way gave any information. This is a scam and she would NOT give me the name of the company she works for me other than she was in California.

Just received the same thing. I called and when asked who they are as associated with. They just gave me the run around. I hung up.

Called this number got a voicemail saying "you have reached ACC  press 1 to speak to a case manager "  Shannon Morressy is the name of the lady that answered the phone. I did cuss her out over the number repeated calling and now she knows my voice and just hangs up. Lol.

Keeps calling while I'm at work and unable to answer. They say they are going to freeze my bank account and tax return and anything associated with my social security number. Called them back (877-227-5353), pressed 1 as stated and only get a voicemail.

and "freeze your tax returns" I love that part!! So funny. The IRS NEVER calls and would not use those words anyway. It will be a sad day if these guys ever learn to use proper English!

They’ve been calling me non stop got a voicemail saying they will freeze my bank accounts and tax refunds as well, I finally called back cuz that scared me and this rude ass lady answered and said the company is called apex. I verified my info and she told me this was because of a private loan I had out for school... then said I need to set up a payment arrangement within 3 days or they will put a lien on my car... I asked for the company website name so I can look up reviews to see if this place was legit and she kept telling to look at their websites reviews (as if those are real) and when I told her I thought this was a scam based on site like this reviews she said she had a meeting and she doesn’t wanna waste time and will go ahead and get the loan put on my car???  So today I spoke with a different company calling About that same promissory loan but they were actually able to verify they were real and said they have never heard of this company (apex) and that private lenders cannot put liens on your car or garnish wages only federal loans can...

Number came up as 877-227-5353 they left a message saying that their company is ACC and that I have a civil suit against me. The caller stated that her name is Ashley Robinson. Also gave me a file number.
