You can make a report about an IRS Scam call:

Contact the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration to report a phone scam. Use their “IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting” web page. You can also call 800-366-4484.

Report phone scams to the Federal Trade Commission. Use the “FTC Complaint Assistant” on FTC.gov. Please add "IRS Telephone Scam" in the notes.

877-227-5353 This number keep calling me with schematics approaches. I hope somebody makes it stop.

Who are these people. We are on social security and husband is disable. I haven't had any account to cause these call.

Very demanding in wanting money. They found an old debt of mine that is out of the statute of limitations threatening to sue me for malicious intent to avoid paying a loan if I don't put a down payment down today in my county courts judgement will be filed. I have spoken to the origional creditor who has my account no where on my credit shows these people are even in authority to have the info on me that they do down to my Drivers liscence # BBB says they do have a A+ rating but also carries a different number with the BBB which I did reach the same people on the Bbb listing I believe this is a inside job with the company that is held to this high standard with the Cali BBB. You cant scam a scammer is all I got for them I knew something was off when they did not have me verify my info they told me my info bc i told them i wasnt verifying [***] have and behold they had every identifying information of mine like i said down to DL my full social address even knew the exact car i own told me they would take it i told them that it doesnt run 😂 they were no longer interested in the car lol hope its a scam or im gonna have a judgement against me bc its F them & that money

I've received a second call from this number.   I contacted the case manager and it turned out to be associated with a person who has not been at my place or my number for years.   It may or may not be a legitimate legal firm attempting to do collections on judgments.  Since the person was not me I was not able to determine more and the caller said my number would be removed from their calling list.  We will see

SCAMMER!!! I got this call this morning. It is a SCAM!!! Do not press "1" and do not call them back! Just hang up the phone.

Don't waste your time calling them back.  The best thing you can do is ignore this nonsense.  It's clearly a scam.  They're trying to get person information from you that will later lead to identity theft.

Caller was from Area Code 408.  I had received the same voicemail as listed in above complaints, previously.  This time I decided to press 1 to speak to a "case manager".  As soon as he answered, I stated I wanted my name removed from their calling list.  He stated that he was not a telemarketer.  I then said "Whatever debt you are attempting to collect on is not a valid debt as it is a time-barred debt.".  He then stated that they (ACC) are not debt collectors, they are a legal organization.  He then asked for a case number or phone number that I received the call on to look the case up.  I told him I have no case number.  So he used my phone number (from his caller ID) to look the case up.  I was on hold for a minute +/-.  He came back and asked if this number was related to an Erica Mitchell.  "NOPE!  I have no idea who that is!"  I am fairly certain they were trying to collect old, old debts and I stomped his efforts right off the bat.  He was an extremely nice guy too, which was very pleasant! Claimed he would make a note in the file and I should not be bothered again after a 24 hour period.

877 227 5353 called to say legal action would take place if we didn't resolve tax issues by calling them back. TOTAL SCAM!!

I keep getting calls to my direct line from a number 408-604-9338 telling me to call ACC at 877-227-5353. I called the number back as I suspected to be a SCAM and the person did not give me her name but mentioned she was looking for somebody who is no longer employed at my job which I told them previously yet they called again today. I told the young lady who then said she would take my direct line off the list which is a complete line as scammers are only going to harass. I advised the lady I was told previously the number would be removed and she snapped and told me I need to know how to listen and ended the call. If you get a call from this same SCAM, report it!! They hate when you refuse to fall for their schemes LOL

how can we report these people, I block the number but they call with another number.

ACC  has called me several times saying they bought out my capital one account which I did not have when they said I had it.They said they have an A plus with the bbb of which I called and they do have based on the information they have given the bbb.Only 1 complaint has been filed against them.Im filing a complaint and suggest others to do the same to get this company looked into.California BBB is 1 559 222 8111.Lets stop this company!!!!
