Why would a health insurance company use robo calling? They wouldn't! This is a scam! Hang up. Don't confirm anything on this call.

How could you confirm anything on a robocall and what was the message that the robocall left?

Got voice messages left by this number, supposedly Humana calling. Told me to call 1-877-230-1225 and gave me a 7 digit pin.
Strange thing is that I never even heard the calls just  got the voice mails and it did not show on my phone that I missed any calls, very weird. Pretty sure it's some kinda scam.

Carla, if you a member of Humana, call the number on your member card.  They may use 3rd party call centers to send messages.  Best to be cautious but you don't want to miss an important call from your healthcare provider.  Another website has a transcript of a call from this number that also gives a number to call in order to be removed from the call list. Some report it as spam or survey but all report it as Humana.  If you "google" this number, you'll find the other website.
