- smwmswUnknown caller at 9:23 a.m. I never answer calls where the caller is unidentified. Got this voice mail: "Hello, this is Humana calling (my name). Please call us back toll free at 1-877-230-1225 and enter this unique seven digit pin (PIN # here). Again the number is ... [repeat of previous information] Thank you for your time. Goodbye." I get numerous calls to this effect, and none has ever been identified as Humana, so therefore, even though I am covered by Humana, I will not answer calls like this. I block them, and then they call from another number. If this is truly Humana, which I doubt, my preferred method of contact with them is by US mail, not telephone. Therefore I doubt seriously that this is actually Humana, and believe it to be some sort of scam.
- Caller: Humana???
- Colorado PhysicianI received the same robocall from this number (877) 230-1225 yesterday from Humana. I followed up with Humana Special Investigations Unit who confirmed today that this call was indeed generated by Humana as part of their Healthy Persons campaign. So I am relieved to know that, but also suggested to the Humana SIU that they consider changing or improving their call system somehow, so that it will not resemble the "yes" scams we are all concerned about.

- J RI had much the same experience this morning where they called my husband's phone (as the insured) but asked for me, giving me a 7 digit pin. When I called back, it did NOT say Humana and did NOT ask for the pin -- just started in on the questions about general health. Doesn't sound like a legit survey, nor would it provide any helpful info them.

- MartyI received a call today at 5:19pm. I did not answer. The robot left a voicemail saying it was Humana and said the message was for my wife. She was asked to call back and enter a unique 7 digit pin. They will not be receiving a call back.
- Caller: Humana
- AlexRobo-call from Humana. Funny how most people report being Humana customers, because I'm not insured by Humana. Not only that, but the name they gave wasn't mine, it was Maria or something. Definitely a scam, no matter if you're insured by them or not.

- DuderinoSCAM!!!! to record your voice. Do not answer to pre-recorded messages, just hang up on them. Better not to answer unrecognized phone numbers. These thieves are posting herein that such calls are from Humana. Don't be fooled by these scammers.

- CustomerOur medical records were hacked from a physicians practice. The physician Service paid for us to have our credit monitored. However now it seems the hackers also got our insurance carrier- Humana and our cell phone numbers.

- donnagarnetI got two robocalls from this number (so far). The first one just gave a "unique pin number" & urged me to call without saying who was calling. The second call did say "Humana", & that it was "urgent" that I return the call. I already had a "General health survey" call from Humana; the caller was polite but so jolly it was a bit creepy. I'm not answering another.

- Terri| 1 replyI received call from (877) 230-1225. Call ID says Humana. Automated Robo call. Asking me to call back and gave me a PIN # to reference. When I called the number on the back of my Humana Insurance Card (Member Services 800#) I was told that this is a Humana call, it is a survey they are conducting. Told her I DO NOT want these calls. She added my number to their DO NOT CALL list for surveys.

- BabsSame as Susan. Robocall stating they were Humana (which I do have). I called back from another number, and it said it didn't recognize it. I entered the 7-digit PIN, and it repeated the numbers & asked if it was correct. I answered "affirmative," and it then repeated the numbers & the question. I answered with "correct," and it didn't like that either.

- Td8772301225 continues to call claiming to be Humana looking fort Charlie Walker...but is nothing more than an annoying solicitation, that you cannot block or get rid of.

- PamI also have received at least 5 voice mails from 877-230-1225, saying they are Humana & asking to call back and enter a 7 digit pin. Finally called the number for Humana on the back of my insurance card and they confirmed the number is NOT theirs. This is phishing

- belleScam. Repeatedly calls. ID says toll free number not humana like others. Doesn't matter because it's not humana anyway. Doesn't match humana's legit number and scammers have the ability to spoof names and #s of legit companies hoping you'll answer and reveal sensitive info because the Caller ID name is known. "Pin#" is just to confirm to the scammer that ur their right sucker and puts u on the active # and suckers' list. They don't know who or what u have; the script is the same for everyone. Have gotten calls from "apple" and "microsoft" to inform me about problems with my devices. 1) i dont own devices of either brand and 2) i know companies do not call u in such manner. My advice, if in doubt, do not call back # on ID or message. Call the company using their legitimately obtained phone number and inquire.
